I was pleased with the replacement of my water heater and felt the plumber went above and beyond by making sure to replace a faulty older turn off valve with a better lever type turn off as well as the piping connected to all of it. Not originally discussed in the price but I wasn't charged any more for it. I was also advised of other valves to watch out for replacement in the future. I would definitely recommend this company!

I thought they explained things very well which is very important - always explain why you did a certain thing. He was very nice, very good, and he cleaned up after himself.

Rather than replace the entire pop up assembly which would cost around $250 the installer fixed the water leak under my bathroom sink with minimal parts and adjustments for $125 which I agreed to. He said he thought this would do the trick but would not warranty the fix. In retrospect I wish I had paid the $250 with a warranty. Keeping my fingers crossed on this repair. On time and professional. Will use them again on OTHER repairs.

They came out and fixed the problem but they charged too much and it was a simple fix.

Sean addressed the problems that were occurring professionally, quickly, and expertly. He called before arriving, and came during the prescribed time. I will call him again if I have other problems.

I need a plumber to come look at our leaking sink faucet and these guys showed up within and hour and had the part on hand to fix the problem. It was $100 for job but given the great service and turn around time I was glad to pay.

I had such good service the first time, I just called Drain Right directly for my next plumbing need instead of using homeadvisor. I called at closing on a Tuesday and Sean arrived Wednesday. I had a pipe leaking in my basement and Sean found a pinhole crack. He quickly replaced the pipe, torqued all connections in the vicinity and remained present for testing to ensure the leak was remediated. The price was very fair and I am completely satisfied. I recommend them enough that I will continue to call them directly.
