He is not professional in the least. He also did not inform me that he was charging me more than the original quote. He completely brushed me off as a customer and his level of professionalism would not be existent even if someone dipped him in a batch of common courtesy and respect. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!

Although the work we were initially going to have done did not get resolved, it was of no fault of the plumber. Almost immediately after filling in the information on the website to match professional plumbers, Matt called us. We set up an appointment for the same day, within hours. Matt was very friendly. In our opinion, Matt could be be trusted as far as integrity goes. He declined to do the job because there was a serious health code violation. He gave us a direction to take when we asked for advice as to how to handle the situation. Once we notified the appropriate people, it was concluded that there was indeed a serious problem/violation and it is being required to be remedied in a week's time per the Health Dept. Thank you, Matt. :)
