Joe was very knowledgeable and honest. He did quite a bit of plumbing in our home. We were very satisfied with his work and his team. I appreciate how much he knew and was willing to be truthful on what was affecting our plumbing issues. I would definitely hire him again if any plumbing issues would arise.

It was a good experience with Draintek although the job turned out to be much bigger than I had anticipated. Joe was responsive, came to give me a quote and started work the next day. As we moved through the original and subsequently added tasks, Draintek delivered as scheduled. The lead plumber, Oscar (not sure of the spelling) was really good. As for the value for money, this was a single source job, I did not solicit multiple bits. The rating could be higher.

I had drywall issue and received 5 different reasons for the problem from 5 different contractors. DrainTek was the only one that used a moisture sensor along my walls and found the leak point. They proceeded to repair the faulty pipe and were very professional, meticulous, and clean. I hope I never have a major plumbing problem again but if I do, I’ll call DrainTek first.

The drain lines under my house were clogged and corroded. Joey returned my call within minutes, came to look at the situation within a few hours that day. He gave me three options to address the problem. I went with the most thorough solution. The crew came the next day, a Saturday, and completed the job. They planned it so that I would never be without water and drainage while they worked. I looked at the crawl space after they left. It was very well ordered. They left it much nearer than they found it. I will call them again if I need more work.

Good feedback, transparent quotes, very reachable and efficient. Thoroughly recommend as a partner in any home improvement program. We used them for a new heating, a/c project , piping replacement and fireplace installation, as well as fixing the dripping shower.

Could not be more pleased with Joe and his team at Draintek. He was incredibly responsive to my HomeAdvisor inquiry and came out to fix my clogged kitchen sink the next day (in the midst of a global pandemic, no less!). After some snaking, the sink was draining like new. Very professional and attentive. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
