I had drywall issue and received 5 different reasons for the problem from 5 different contractors. DrainTek was the only one that used a moisture sensor along my walls and found the leak point. They proceeded to repair the faulty pipe and were very professional, meticulous, and clean. I hope I never have a major plumbing problem again but if I do, I’ll call DrainTek first.

The drain lines under my house were clogged and corroded. Joey returned my call within minutes, came to look at the situation within a few hours that day. He gave me three options to address the problem. I went with the most thorough solution. The crew came the next day, a Saturday, and completed the job. They planned it so that I would never be without water and drainage while they worked. I looked at the crawl space after they left. It was very well ordered. They left it much nearer than they found it. I will call them again if I need more work.

He was incredibly responsive to my HomeAdvisor inquiry and came out to fix my clogged kitchen sink the next day (in the midst of a global pandemic, no less!). Phone calls or texts were always speedily returned, quotes were transparent and on time, the problems were analyzed, explained in laymen terms, and solutions executed efficiently. The team was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend them more highly and have already shared this find with friends.

The technician thoroughly checked out all the possible origins of the gas leak and narrowed it down to two possibilities: the gas meter and the water heater, and set about eliminating those leaks in a thoroughly professional manner in a very short amount of time. The technician an the plumber were courteous and informative, as well.

Jose and John arrived on time. Jose provided in detail the work and materials required to complete the project. They were quick but detailed in their work. Shoe caps were worn, mess was cleaned up, and they left the area cleaner when they arrived. Extrememly professional in appearance and when interacting with me.
