Answer all our questions

After the first visit, there was some miscommunication. Once we got in contact, the job resumed. They were committed to make sure we were satisfied with their work.

gave us an estimate. came out for first treatment. did not make second appointment. have not returned 3 phone calls. would hope to give them better rating down the road.

They answer your call , no waiting for a call back.. Very professional and courteous ,and explained to us what needed to be done.... They performed the work within 2 days as they had to get the parts, or else it would of been done the same day... and they were on time!!!! Highly recommend them ......Donna L

Vince provided excellent service and they have reasonable pricing.

On time, on point, and professional.

They were extremely prompt and professional.

Prompt service. Came back immediately when more ants were found. I highly recommend this company.

Vince was knowledgable and informative with our ant and mouse issue. He was thorough in the treatment and very courteous. I would highly recommend using Vince.

Very reasonable pricing, arrived on time, as promised and took care of t he problem. Got to work right away and was pleasant to deal with. Even explained how I would know the treatment was working (ant problem). Highly recommend.

Yes, nice company to deal with.

Arrived when they said they. Performed the necessary service. If Imhave any problems, I can call and they will come back out.

Vince was punctual, courteous, helpful and extremely informative. I will not hesitate to call him again or recommend him. I had an ant problem last summer and called early this year as a preemptive strike. I thought the price was fair.

On time and courteous

Drake pest control came to my house for an evaluation. Due to the snow surrounding the house, they said they would rather wait until it melted to get the best effect on spraying for beetles outside the house and of course inside. As soon as the weather cleared, they called and set up an appointment. On time and the customer service was excellent, friendly, informative about what was going on and telling me what to do as I have a dog in the house. I will use them again in the spring for tick spraying. He said he will call me when it is the right time. Honest, hard workers and I can recommend them highly. Thank you for your service to the community for your recommendation..

My home is a rental so I had to arrange the entire appointment over the phone. The guys called when they were close to give my tenant enough time to get back from the beach. The ant problem was eradicated and my tenant said they were very nice guys. I will definitely use them again and I'm so grateful that they got out within hours of my call. I have now used Home Advisor twice this summer and can't believe the service. As a Landlord living a couple of hours away, this service has proven to be really valuable.

Told me I didn't have termites they were flying ants also did inspection and didn't charge me
