Drake's Remodeling

very timely.

Drake remodeling did an outstanding job laying tile on our sunroom. This crew was on time every day until completion. They kept me informed of everything they were doing and of what they were to do next day. They also gave me tips as to how to maintain the tiles and keep the floor looking good. I feel very satisfied with their work. Excellent.

Mike Drake brought his trusted morkman George with him to my home. I asked them to help me identify the causes of: 1. cracks in the dry wall , 2. unevenness in floor joists, 3. deteriorating polyurathane finish of the hardwood floor, and 4. squeaky spots in the floor. They inspected the problem areas and gave me direct, straight forward answers to the causes of the problems, and explained the specific fixes required. Both Mike and George were knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk with, and professional. I would not hesitate to call them for help on future problems with my home, and I heartily recommend them to anyone needing home repairs.

Very professional and timely! The job was completed to my satisfaction, on time, as estimated, and the area was clean after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Drakes Remolding.

Mr. Drake did a very good job repairing the ceiling. His price was fair and he completed the work in a timely manner. He told my husband it woud take 3 days due to time allowed for drying between the actual repair, then texturing the ceiling and painting. He started the job on Friday. He was going to come back on Saturday, but we were going out of town. He made arrangements with my husband to come Monday after my husband got home from work to do the second part, but was able to go ahead and complete the job that dayI can barely tell there was a hole in the ceiling. We were very satisfied with his work and will use him again.

Great!

He is courteous, on time, very ethical and does great work.
