Best cesspool company on Long Island , they installed a new cesspool for me !

Quality, word, and deed is hard to find these days. ... hired Mike to fix a MESS..... BROKEN CESSPOOL LINE ... CESSPOOL FILLED WITH BABY WIPES.... COVERS NEEDED TO BE DUG UP. .... HE WORKED TILL DARK CLEARING A BROKEN LINE..... HE TOLD US TO DIG UP THE COVERS TO THE CESSPOOL AND OVER FLOW. OK? HE SAID THAT HE WOULD BE BACK IN THE MORNING..... I. PAID HIM. $1,000.00 , and he handed me a yellow receipt and left. ... I never expected to see him again. Next morning, 6:30. Am... Mike calls ' did ya dig up the covers?" He. Says? Yes... I said... ' OK .... I see you in a half an hour....and there. He was. .. first he pumped 1000. Gallons.... then he raked off the Top of the remaining water a whole garbag can full of more wipes... then cleared the line from the cessPool to the overflow and showed us how to airate with a heavy rod.... it was august, it was hot, Mike and my nephew were full of sweat and dirt.... he showed my Nephew how to patch the broken line and then apologized that he had another call .... that all should be good... if not I could call and he'd Be back....well.... it's been 5 months.... my ceptic system is working like a charm.... every time I flush. .. I thank God for Mike..... and apologize for taking so long for this review.... $1,,000 DOLLARS well spent to an honest hard working man.Drastic Drainage of Long Island Ask for Mike. ....thanks... Its been 20 years since I had my septic system installed and thought it was time to have the system checked out. Lucas and Mike came over and had to locate the septic tank cover and overflow pool cover.they located everything and pumped the tank and aerated the over flow pool and added chemicals. They did a great job, worked fast and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for the job

Installed new cesspool and drywall. Completed in one day. Good workers.

I used drastic drainage to unclog two toilets even though they uncloged the toilets they destroyed the finish inside my toilets, unfortunately it is on their paperwork that says they are not responsible for any damage while doing any work, I understand as a customer you should read the fine print always but as a business they should at least explain everything to you in details it's better customer service, so after an extremely expensive clog I now have to replace my two toilet bowls. Extremely overpriced and will not recommend

The professionals from Drastic were excellent. George the professional was great, he was very prompt, nice, courteous, knowledgeable, couldn't ask for more and would recommend him for the work.

They do not provide an invoice, although, they were paid. They provided me with a fax number that does not answer. I am so disappointed with them that I will report them to the better Business Bureau.

Jeremy from Drastic Drainage called me immediately after I posted my request, and arranged for a tech to come to my house within the hour. Within two hours (after they located both unmarked tanks) the staff were working on my Septic tank, which was about to receive the first treatment in 16 years. Jeremy (and George - his tech) were friendly and honest. Jeremy price was fair, and his service was outstanding. What I appreciated the most was the honesty. This is the very first time I've dealt with Drastic Drainage, but it won't be my last. Thank you Drastic Drainage!
