Brian seems like a decent guy, and while this is my unit and I paid for it, my sister is the one living there. I found him attentive and responsive. My sister did not. He was dealing with the mess that was getting materials during COVID-19, but his subcontractors were a bit ... Underskilled. They cut the door wrong and put the shower shelf upside down. He did get these fixed and it is all good now, but my sister was understandably upset. It took forever .... Covid again. See the previous comment on upset.

I am very happy with the finished product, but communication throughout the project was not as expected. We ran into a few issues and speaking with the owner was a bit harsh unless he was being paid. I felt like he rushed me off the phone. We had days where the guys wouldn't show up when expected or show up at all. However, the work they did was phenomenal and I am very happy with the finished product except for the fact that there is a crack in one of the walls under the stairs they built for us. I've tried calling, but have received no response. It was very difficult to get in touch with them during the project and is impossible now.

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. OUR PROJECT IS 6 MONTHS OLD THEY WON"T RETURN OUR CALLS. TWO THIRDS PROJECT PAID FOR , 25% OR LESS COMPLETED. IT IS NOW A LEGAL MATTER, AND PROBABLY WON'T GET OUR MONEY BACK

Well, let me just say I regret my choice going with Elite Enclosures at this point. Getting a simple 21' x 10 addition put on and the project is now almost five full months in with only a 10 x 5' slab poured. They are not responsive to emails and phone calls and when they do pick up they are only nice to you when they need a payment. The mason's slab has created water damage to my finished garage due improper drainage. Would be happy to update this comment after owner brian and I discuss this.

Took them about 9 months to put up a sun room. They would work a few hours at a time and then wouldn't come back for a while. Sometimes they wouldn't show up at all. They were a bit rude and weren't very receptive to suggestions or criticisms about how they worked. They were very overpriced.

Elite Enclosures completed the Sunroom last 2/21/10. I have had numerous problems that Service Magic helped to resolve. It took a year to resolve my issues but they were eventually resolved to my satisfaction.
