They did a good job and made sure that our deadline for the project was met. There were a few issues because of the deadline. The owner had a previously scheduled trip out of town and left a teenager to finish the project. The weather was cold and rainy and the boy was out there all day. His parents seemed angry at us that he had to be out there. We didn't realize that he was that young or that his parents were sitting in their car in our driveway all afternoon. Finally, there was a bolt sticking out that wasn't supposed to be there. When the owner returned to town, he said that he would come out and cover it or cut it. He never did.
