Completely unreliable. Do not use this company. I had my whole backyard re-landscaped. I got lucky and my project for the most part was complete. Their design ideas were good, though I have few requests that were not incorporated in the whole design - basically they did what they wanted. Also when it came to laying down the tarp then placing the rocks on top there was so much dirt put down with the rocks that the tarp may as well not be there -this has been a Nightmare to maintain many with weeds. Working with this company was very difficult. Most times phone calls were not returned. From my understanding they are no longer in business.

They didn't finish the project in the fall and were out of business the next spring. Working with other companies to complete the work I discovered that the pump for the fountain was larger than necessary and as a consequence burned out so had to be replace. Two of the four trees planted will have to be replaced. The flagstone patio has cracked but will probably be alright. The sprinkler systems was a complete mystery untill I finally reached on of the crew that worked on the project. Needless to say I was less than pleased about the work. Repeated calls to Edmund were not returned.

Dream Creations did a good job, and overall the work was more than satisfactory. The problem I have with this company is their advice pre-project stage, and their follow up. They did exactly what I wanted them to do, but I feel that the end result was perhaps not the best solution - in hindsight, I should have recieved some advice for my gravel driveway (really needed much bigger stones). And their follow up was poor. When I asked for a bid on another job, after the intial quote, I could not get a hold of them after numerous phone calls and emails. They just didn't want the job I guess.

Very poor customer service. Very poor craftsmanship. It has has now been over 1 year and they still have not finished our project or returned all of the tools that their workers took from our yard on several occasions. Countless amount of issues from not properly pouring the concrete to, breaking off sprinkler heads and uneven grass. The list goes on and we still don't have our drip line and having pooling water in the yard due to improper placement of the drainage system. Our yard is a disaster.

they built a carport for me and didnt do it correctly. I Can't get anyone to call me back about fixing it. Ivhave been calling for two months. I've had to hire a attorney to try and get the problem fixed.

Work was done fast and right. There was no change in price from what he said when the project got a little bit bigger. Easy to work with. Will use again.

Excellent communications, always answered phone calls or returned calls very promplty. Project had to be done in a short period of time and no other contractors were able to commit to such a short turn around start to finish. The project was completed quickly and on budget.

They did a great job, and in a timely manner. Edmund was always reachable, in contact, and came to the site every day. You can tell that Dream Creations is very customer satisfaction oriented. They are very reasonable in price, and follow through with what they say they will do. Love them!

Very nice people with good intentions and ideas. All of the work with the exception of the front walk is great. We had a drainage problem that they addressed admirably and went beyond the norm to make our window well walls look wonderful. I think lack of communication within the company and with us led to the front walk not being exactly what we wanted. We additional work that will need to be done and we will call them again.

Edmund responded promptly to our request and was able to provide us with a bid quickly. He showed us other homes he was working on to give us an idea of the work he does. His crew was hardworking and professional. Would definitely use their services again

They did a first class job with our backyard landscape project. They said they would complete the job in 3 days and they did. And the backyard looks great. They did a good job of cleaning up when they were done and they were very helpful with the design of the project, including plant selection and gave us some really good ideas. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Edmund was extremely helpful in the design of our yard, we were not sure of how to do our porch and he led us in the right direction. We love how it turned out! The work was reasonable and done in a very timely manner. His communication is excellent. They did a flagstone walkway and wrap around porch with a grass front yard, cobblestones around the sidewalk areas and an adorable sandbox for our son. We highly recommend DCL and their workers. Interacting with Edmund and Jared of Dream Creations was always pleasant, but they have failed to follow through on completing our project and have not returned phone calls. We hired them to install a sprinkler system and sod. Just after handing them a check, it was discovered that there was an issue with our water pressure/volume and as a result, the sprinkler system didn't work. Edmund and Jared assured me they would be by to fix the problem on three separate occasions but never showed. Update: Issue was fixed subsequently. Good guys, but communication needs work.

After a few schedule bumps, DCL performed the work well. We love the new brickwork at our entry door.

Edmund was very professional and spent a considerable amount of time discussing current and future projects. He also followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied with the completed work.

The Dream Creations team was extremely professional and finished the job on time. They promised me that we would have the kind of experience that we would look back on as our best contracting experience ever. And it was. They took care of all the details, and even some details I was not expecting. The name of the company is very fitting as they are very imaginative in helping you to plan, but once the plan is determined, they stick to it.

Had some initial issues with communication. Once those were resolved, the project went forward and I am very pleased with the results.

DCL does very nice work! They are a little hard to contact and slow to respond, but I guess that means they are busy - and that's a good thing!

We had a bit of a challenge with a driveway over a culvert that was beginning to wash away with every rain storm. Edmund came out and gave us some ideas to ponder, and the way we finally had it re-done, is so far, great. They were here and gone in 1 day, if we don't count the day before when they dropped off the 25 tons of granite boulders. Fine job, I wish I had better funding for the other 20 things I'd like to have them do.

I am giving Dream Creations a 5 star review. The crew, headed by Edmund the owner, was on time and completed the job in only two hours. Edmund is very agreeable and easy to get along with as is his crew; they arrived on time and got right to work and didn't stop for anything until the job was completed and clean up went perfectly. I feel the cost was fair and much lower than I had anticipated. I would definitely use their services again. And, thanks Service Magic for your referral.

Finished project looks nice, but I recommend getting a set timeline for any project. Another contractor said the landscaping (to prevent water from entering the foundation) was done incorrectly and that DCL should redo the work free of charge.
