My initial experience with Dream Greener was great. I even referred them to other homeowners. Unfortunately, the experience has gone way downhill. Their quality of work is embarrassing. My landscaping has been mowed over multiple times. My car was hit and they deny hitting it, yet my car was parked where they mowed over the landscaping. Their work has become sloppy. They do parts of my lawn and completely miss others. I have tried to get customer service, but the management and the ownership seem to not care. When I sent them pictures of the issues and the poor quality of work, they actually told me that it was not them even though they are the only ones who have taken care of our home since 2023. It is unfortunate, but I am sure I can find a neighborhood kid to do a more professional job.

BAD EXPERIENCE; the crew cut my home bound family members cable and then not only did they not apologize but they told her they are not responsible to help her contact the cable company. Now here is an elderly woman who does not know what to do and does not even have a phone to call anyone now. What a mess! Then after we called the company supervisor he said he would meet with all of us to go over what was done. He never met with us together, as he said he would, but instead went to this home bound ladies house and asked her alone how she felt the job was done. Being a very sweet lady and fearing the laborers would get in trouble; she said they did a good job; even though, mind you, she could not get outside to really check things out. We were to help her and were awaiting a call for the meeting to review the work and what happened which never came. He also said he did a drive-by at our own house to check on our concerns with the work the company had done and did not even let us know he was there; even though we were home at the time. Then he hung up on us when we asked what was going on! VERY BAD SERVICE

Contracted with Dream Greener to care for my newly installed sod. Dream Greener literally destroyed the lawn. Chemical burns throughout it. Jon Stanton blamed other factors why the sod was failing and suggested solutions that cost me more money and the solutions did not work. Had to cancel the contract with Dream Greener and contracted with TruGreen to repair Dream Greener mistakes. DO NOT contract with Dream Greener or you will regret it, as I did

I made the mistake of paying in cash, for a 500 $ deduction.This company wanted all the money upfront, which I wouldn't except. What was discussed during the site visit, wasn't completed, and when confronted he said that wasn't what he remembered. The major selling point was a product called snapshot, which is a commercial grade weed preventer. He said it was really expensive, but worth it. They were using preen. When confronted, he said it was snapshot in a preen container. I googled snapshot, and showed him the picture. He said the Internet was wrong. They accidentally weeded 5 flats of packasandra, he claimed it was dead. It wasn't ,but no pictures to prove otherwise. He then offered to sell me some more. They were supposed to remove the old weed fabric, and rake all the weeds out to bare earth. They did the first 5' of a 30' bed, and left the rest. I guess they figured the homeowner wouldn't notice . There are still weeds beneath the mulch. If I didn't retain half of the money, and threaten not to pay, I would never gotten anything near what was agreed upon. I just wished I inspected their work closer before I gave them the money. This company might do a good job when you fill out the contract that he offers online. He didn't offer the same contract when he offered the cash option. He wanted me to respond through email. I guess to keep it off the record. I made the mistake of trusting this company on a verbal contract, and got taken advantage of. If you go with this company, you better get every single detail in writing. Even with the online contract, he is very vague in his description .

I am partially handicapped. There is a day when they deliver the newspaper and just drop it outside their car window. The sidewalk is uphill & I have a hard time with it. I asked one of the mowers to please get my newspaper. He immediately shut down his mower & ran up to get it for me. That meant more to me than anything. My husband cannot say enough about their work.

I stopped by the house while the guys were still working and they have done a fantastic job - I am so pleased, it looks wonderful!! And to top it off, the guys were very professional and courteous to me, a great crew.

They completed what their four page contract listed as to what they would do.

VERY RELIABLE. EMAILS WITH WEATHER UPDATES AND SCHEDULES SNOW REMOVAL AND IS ALWAYS HERE WHEN SCHEDULED. HAVE CEMENT DRIVEWAY QUITE NEW, HAND SHOVELS, HUSBANDS LOVES THAT ALSO DOES TWO SIDEWALKS. WE CONSIDER THEIR CHARGES ON SPOT.

The work was excellent. Carefully performed and thorough. I highly recommend Dream.

After contacting home advisor I was immediately called by Dream Greener Lawn & Landscape. It took less than a week to get a bid, accept the bid and have the service performed. Very professional and reliable which is what I needed. The price was very fair also. Call them. You won't be sorry!!

Jon and his team have been great to work with, dependable and detailed!

When I hear someone shoveling on my property at 4 or 5 AM, I rejoice. I know it's the amazing Dream Greener team. I am grateful that there is another day I will be able to get down my driveway and my mailman will deliver my mail. If I call with any concerns, Jon sends someone right way. almost immediately.

Thoughtful, efficient and customer service oriented. My experience has been very positive so far and certainly worth what I have received for the value. I would recommend them again.
