We hired Chris and Steve in July to paint the interior of our house, in addition to a few small home renovations like removing gutters and repairing a floor. At first everything seemed great and their work appeared to be pretty good but shortly after they completed the job our experience took a turn for the worst. All of our banisters started peeling (because they weren't prepped correctly by being sanded or primed) and all of our doors also started peeling for the same reasons I'm assuming. Chris was very apologetic and said that this shouldn't have happened but he would come fix them. Well 3 months later and he still hasn't come back and Now stopped responded to my very polite but concerned messages. We also noticed some unpainted areas that were missed and patches that were not sanded properly before being painted and now show through. At this point I took down my positive review that I posted way too early so I could update the end results in hope that nobody else shares this same experience. Coincidentally there was one other review a women posted with a similar experience but since they had more positive reviews I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. At this point I'm just going to hire someone else to fix their work. I wanted to give them a great review because they were very nice and seemingly easy to work with...until they weren't. Sorry to have to post this negative review but we are frustrated homeowners trying to save others the aggravation!!

Excellent workmanship.

I cant say enough about the work done by Chris and Steve. From the initial consultation to project completion they were professional, skilled and good communicators. My initial request was to stain a large wrap around deck that had not been maintained over the years. Upon consultation they advised on how they could do some repairs as well as the requested work. The team was here for 4 days worked through the rain and did an amazing job. I am very pleased with the work and the price was very competitive (I had 3 other bids)

We were very excited to work with Chris and Steve. They seemed very flexible and accommodating until they made a mistake. We just got our floors redone, and they did not even cover them to paint. They ended up getting paint on them (which they did get most off but that is not the point) and scratched them. Then, it was impossible to get the work completed and to even get a response. Very disappointed, and will now have to hire someone else to fix their work.

Chris and Steve are the best. They are prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing which is rare but awesome. They are extremely reasonable with pricing. Not only were they excellent at the jobs we had but showed up with masks and gloves. I would recommend them for all jobs large and small. Thank you Chris and Steve. Maria & Samantha
