I was pleased with this company. The said what they would do and they did what they said. Great job on clean up of the yard.

In June 2019 we used Dream Home Improvement LLC to have some work done on our cottage in Eastham MA. They stripped and replaced our roof shingles, replaced two skylights, replaced facia boards with Azeks trim and installed new gutters and down spouts. Additionally, an existing slider and exterior shingles were installed on the deck. We were very satisfied with the speed of the project, the excellent clean up and the friendly, hard working crew.

We found Dream Home Improvement through home advisor and was beyond pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. They were knowlegeable, curteous, experienced, efficient, respectful, and had a great work ethic! They did many different home repairs both inside and out and I was extremely happy with the finished product on our West Yarmouth, MA Home. New roof, new siding , azeck trim, sheetrock, painting, 2 bathroom remodles electric, plumbing---they did our whole project> It was so nice having a company that can do it all under one roof--it took the stress away from us. We put everything in their hands and they did not dissapoint. Even where there were a couple of checklist items that needed to be taken care of they quickly found time to come and take care of them even after their work was paid in full. We was very impressed with the integrity of the team. Alex and his team were were so easy to work with! I loved that they kept the jobsite neat and clean. We would highly recommend Dream Home Improvement for your project or remodel. I plan on calling them again for my next project--my deck! Dream Home Improvement did excellent job replacing my doors and windows. Arrived on time, did their best when complications surfaced. I couldn't find any leftover trash on the ground and areas that had to be patched - matched existing siding perfectly, unbelievable quality work. Very pleased. Highly recommend!

They asked for more money , after they gave me and I signed the contract. They said they couldn't fix chimney flashing, there was a flat spot in a valley that would require more work, and there would be a problem with the vinal siding. They also didn't finish the roof (missed about 1 square, they asked for final payment I said not until the job was finished. They returned a week later and finished the job, then I paid them. The price even with the added cost was better than the next highest bidder, though the other bidders said later they would match the price. Cost was $9,200 for 18 square. Still a lot of money. I would have done it myself if I was younger. I do wonder if I have a leak if they would return and fix it as they said they would.

'RENT A HUSBAND" For all the single women out there who are overwhelmed with making home improvement choices, look nowhere else! After getting quotes from several companies, I found Dream Home Improvement to be a better value for the work to be done. I have to say that John goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service available. Being on my own, I was overwhelmed with the choices and out of my comfort area with the roofing. John treated me like a family and explained all of the options and made several recommendations.John is extremely honest and very caring about the quality of the work being done.He was quick to respond to all of my phone inquiries and has the patience of a saint. I have made a friend for life and will continue to hire Dream Home Improvements for other future home renovations. The final project turned out GREAT. I am very pleased.

We own salt box cape in N. Eastham,MA needing exterior trim replacement, This job had problems of height and placement of ladders. We finally found and contracted Dream home improvement,They easily handled the job in less than two days at a reasonable price. We highly recomend them.

Excellent workmanship and clean up

We could not be more pleased with the work that was done on our cottage. John called within a half hour of my request and showed up the very next day to look at the job. The price was less that the competitors by a good amount. We had two courses of shingles removed on our roof and the cedar shingles removed from our siding replaced with cedar impressions, a vinyl cedar shingle siding. Alex and his crew were punctual, friendly, and great to work with. John was in touch throughout the project and responsive to all of our concerns. They were meticulous in their work and paid particular attention to detail. At the end of the job, all of our punch list items were addressed immediately. This is a very professional and competent company. Would hire them again in a New York minute! John Collinson is an honest and fair professional and Alex is a very capable contractor.
