Bruce was very nice! He was thourough with the inspection and he explained everything really well. I also liked how he took pictures and videos of the things he was inspecting. I would absolutely recomend him to anyone needing a good home inspection done.

They were very thorough! Loved that they included not only photos but video as well. It was great having 2 for the price of 1 with both Bruce and Zach providing comprehensive inspection of all services. Found a non-working Central Air that is being fixed, or we would have eaten the cost after closing. Thank you.

Karen was quick to respond to my inquiry. Her husband Bruce and their son Zach scheduled the inspection the next day. These guys were extremely professional. They took many pictures and every item was precisely reported in an email sent to me the very same day.
