Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Dreamhome talked me into a Roofmax spray on my 27 year old roof. What a waste of money. Did nothing for my old roof, they sprayed over dirty, moldy blackened 27 year old shingles, $6000 wasted. I gave them a bad review a while back on Yelp and then the company owner calls me and said if they refund me half of my cost, would I remove or revise the review; basically a bribe to clear a bad review. That was about four weeks ago, and I have not heard back from them since. The sales person was a rip-off and Dreamhome is a rip-off. Avoid their scam. Sean - Midland, VA TO FOLLOW UP: A direct quote from Kevin the Dreamhome Relationship Manager (in Springfield VA) in an email to me... Sep 28, 2026, 1:54PM (11 days ago) "Sean, ??????I am sorry you feel that way. We do want to help, and we feel something is owed... My question still stands. Will you settle for less than $3,000? I can mail you a check for $2,000 with a signed settlement agreement today." And then, you never hear back.

First, you purchased a Roof Maxx treatment that includes a five-year warranty and a buyback guarantee specifically designed to protect customers in situations where they believe the treatment has not performed as expected. At no point did you contact our company to request an inspection, initiate a warranty claim, or give us the opportunity to evaluate your roof and address your concerns. Instead, you chose to post negative reviews without ever pursuing the protections provided under your agreement. Overall, I am pleased with the outcome of how the work looks; however, this was not the most stress free experience. My biggest issue was the fact that I felt like I had to work as the site supervisor to make sure that the work was done properly. If I had not intervened, installers would have laid the deck boards improperly and provided the wrong railings. I, also, had to clean up debris, including nails in the driveway and street, left by the installers almost every time they were here including after they completed the install. There was also minor damage to my property by installers moving deck boards that was not acknowledged until I said something. Feel consumers deserve not only quality work but also integrity when they pay this kind of money. Ultimately, feel the company tried to make things right. I still have one outstanding issue that I'm hoping that the company will step up and provide a solution.

This company is TOP NOTCH when it comes to deck construction. They built my deck above a hot tub which was not easy to work with considering the height and obstructions. The project manager is constantly in touch with you on your project and the construction crew is the hardest working men who are sensitive to your needs and schedule. The clean up was amazing. This is a turn key company. Step right up and watch the show. I'm so impressed. I will be calling them back in the future.
