Tom is honest, reliable, and a true professional. His work is top notch, and his pricing is more than fair. Not only did he do an amazing job with my kitchen and bathroom, he had great recommendations for vendors that we not only used, but would also highly recommend. We were so impressed with his work, that we added additional projects to the original discussion, since he was already there. If you need anything done in your home, call Tom, you will NOT regret it.

Tom was excellent in every way. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced all the trim around my garage doors and patio door, gave me good advise of some of my future Projects. I will never have to to look for another contractor as I intend to use Dream Makers for everything. Price was fair and the job was completed to perfection.

Tommy & his crew were Excellent, I just need a tear down, install of Drywall & to remove what we thought was Just a wall in my Daughters Room turned out it was a Low Bearing Wall that was off by 1 1/2 the header is was just sitting there tied up with eye hooksTommy saved our family & our house & didn't kill me on the price either. We hired Dream Makers to replace floor and shower tile in our bathroom. Prompt estimate, excellent price, and immediate date to start the project. Tommy made suggestions on enlarging the shower, which we decided to do, suggested different styles of tile and color patterns. The project was done ahead of schedule, they kept my home neat during the process, all while dealing with my four dogs! Excellent job, Dream Makers made our Christmas Dreams come true with a beautiful new bathroom... Thanks Tommy!

Due to storm Sandy I needed to have my attic fan replaced and a small piece of facia trim replaced, a small job. Tom Parlacoski came out the next day to give me an estimate and now four days later the job is completed. Tom does quality work at a very fair price. I plan to use Tom's company, Dream Maker's LLC for any future projects.

Tom is a very pleasant person, an oddity in NJ. Hope he keeps up. It was a simple job, but I could see his approach was much better than the guy who originally put the siding up for me. I can see he can be quite successful if not already. Too bad most contractors don't know how simple it is to win people's minds and trusts. Paid a little bit more than I originally expected, but he did a fine job.

Quick responses, honest opinions, and fair pricing. Tom reached out to me right away after I filled out the HomeAdvisor survey to setup an appt for a job quote. Due to Hurricane Sandy, I had missing fascia on the front of my garage and side of my outside chimney. I had done my research before selecting a contractor for the job, that's how I knew his quote was fair for this type of job compared to some of the other quotes I received from other contractors. I was able to recommend him right away to a neighbor who needed the same repair. Would recommend to others.

Tommy is probably the best contractor I have ever come across. My fascia was ripped off due to the hurricane Sandy. I called around and the soonest I could get a contractor to repair it was about three weeks. I sent Tommy a picture text explaining what had to be done and gave him a detailed description via text. In under an hour he quoted me a price and said he could start the following day. All I can say is if you want EXCELLENT service with an unbeatable price and quality work look no further than Dream Makers Contracting, LLC as he is an asset to the Home Advisor community.
