He did a terrible job on my patio, called a few times and did not return my calls, and then one time he said he was coming over and never showed up. No reliable. The worst contractor I have ever dealt with. He just took my money. Now I have to pay somebody else to do it all over again. 

Martin Gutierrez, owner of Dream Team Contracting LLC, signed a contract with me and took my deposit of $1500 and disappeared. No work was performed and he can't be reached now.

This company does excellent work with great attention to detail. The crew was very professional and cleaned up so good after the project you would never know it’s a new gazebo. They even saved the sod when they dug the forms and replaced it after the job was done. I am very impressed with this company and absolutely will be using them for all future projects.

The team did an amazing job for two major projects at my house. The first was building a home gym into my garage. It looks beautiful, is completely insulated, and was done in excellent time for a great price. Next I hired them to build a porch on the front of my house- it is even better than I could have imagined and changed the whole look of the house. Will be hiring to finish our basement. Excellent customer service, very responsive, and high quality results! I couldn't be happier.

This company did good work when they rebuilt my chimeny completely. They are fair, reasonable, friendly, neat, reliable, good value for the work done. They kept me informed and maintained good communication. They were excellent.

Besides the sheetrocking, Dream Team also replaced the roof, rebuilt a portion of our chimney, and repointed some cracked masonry. The finished sheetrock product was fine. We pointed out a minor element that was not completed and Martin had the crew return and it was completed satisfactorily. The roof was completed within two days. The cost was more than originally quoted and Martin said that the original estimate was based on 19 units of shingles but it actually took 28 units. I expressed some displeasure because the original estimate was part of a competitive bid and one reason we chose Dream Team was they were the lowest cost. The new cost would have been the second most costly of four bids. The finished roof looks fine. Finished masonry work was fine, too, although the masons upgraded their work to include refacing of much of much of the foundation. It looked great when done, but the work was done without our approval, and the cost was increased to cover the extra cost of the work. I learned a lesson to nail down the cost basis prior to accepting a bid. However, because the finished work was good, I would recommend Dream Team for similar projects.

I hired these guys to replace some trim on my home. They were supposed to replace all of the wood and the aluminum that goes over the wood. A month after they completed the work the aluminum fell of and I discovered that they did not replace any of the wood, and instead they just nailed the aluminum cover over the old rotted wood. When I contacted them about the issue they told me they would come by and fix it. They never came by. In fact, they rescheduled with me 3 different times and no showed all of them without even calling me. This was over a month long process of him rescheduling, and not showing up or calling me to tell me he wouldn't make it. Finally the owner decided he just wasn't going to fix his work, and claimed he "misquoted" me and couldn't do the job because it wasn't profitable.... yea obviously its not profitable when you have to do it twice to get it done right. It wasn't until I threatened legal action that he decided to take me seriously and returned my money. I am going to hire another contractor and most likely sue dream team for any difference between the new price and what my contract price with dream team was. I wouldn't do business with these guys, very shady work.

Dream team contracting is assembling a "team" of small contractors into a single company which means that they can handle a broad list of projects and cross sell their services. This works best when you have multiple small projects that need doing on your list. Domingo, who is a star on their team, helped me with door handles, track lighting and rehanging a heavy front door. While this team approach works in the main, it can present problems in some cases. For example, the top guy at the company is an expert at chimney work and decided to take on the project of putting in some crown molding which he had little experience doing. It took all day and looked a bit rough. Fortunately, other members of the team could back him up and everything came out well in the end. All in it's a new team and a good one. I would recommend them to you.

Domingo worked tirelessly to ensure the project was on track and was able to keep progress moving even with a major snow storm hitting at the start of the project.

The company did a good job. But when you call the office there was never anybody to answer your question they did the job pretty quick just lack of communication at times

The work was done promptly and very high quality. The walls were smooth and look wonderful.

They did their work. The technician was very pleasant and explained all what he was to do.

Martin carried out a thorough inspection of fireplaces and chimneys, with clear explanation of inspection results and repair options.

They were easy to make an appointment with. However, just before the time of the appointment, they called to reschedule for a later time and the chimney sweep specialist still came an hour later. Once in the house, he did a great job of explaining the issues and suggested ways for solving the problems.

We hired Northeast to plow the driveway, and shovel up to the door. We couldn't be more pleased at the quick response, and attention to detail that was provided!
