Answered my call in a timely manner, Rusty showed me the process they go through so that the Materials are done correctly as not to void the warranty. Top Notch! Licensed, Insured and recommended!! Can't go wrong!

All the workers I met and spoke with were polite and respectful . They did great work with a very difficult job! I will be hiring them for other jobs as they come up.

The company was very responsive to my inquiry and showing up promptly to work. Can't say enough good about that. Hired 3 guys to remove deep snow and ice dams from home roof. They did a good job on the removal. We had a difference of opinion how much time they put in. I negotiated for two hours. By my kitchen stove clock they quit at 1h 40m. I know they were tired and it was brutally cold. Without much difficulty we resolved the time issue and I got my full two hours. I repeat they did a very good job removing the snow and Ice. If not for the time-on-job difference of opinion I would have given 5 stars. I recommend but do advise coordinating the job clock beforehand.

The personell of this company were very polite and worked very hard right through a snowstorm to install a metal roof. Roof looks nice.

They showed up as expected and completed on schedule. The whole crew was extremely accommodating and professional. they did a great job on installing the metal roof. The only thing they could improve on is their communication skills. They told us they'd work the garage roof in the a.m. and we'd come home to find they didn't touch the garage but worked on another portion of the house instead. As we wanted to allow the neighbors the courtesy of letting them know when the larger part of the roof would be worked on (as that portion had direct access to the neighbors yard) we were unable to do that because their plans changed after I left for work. Outside of that, they are very pleasant and the roof looks great!

The were very polite as well as knowledgable and efficient. They were scheduling out to the third or fourth week of September but were able to squeeze me in today which I really appreciated. They did a great job and explained things to me as well. Their bid came in under another roofer (not referred by you). The clean up was great too. I would definitely use them again. PS The other roofer recommended to me by you (Snowling & Co.) never contacted me
