Kitchen - Remodel
$80,000
There were delays because they did a poor job on the permit process. When things got difficult, they brought in low end subs that did poor quality work. They treated their subcontractors very poorly, including refusing to pay them in full for work done that D2R signed off on. (They cannot tell the homeowner it's good then refuse to pay the people who did it based on quality). The D2R project manager was ill-prepared. They repeatedly broke covid protocols. After they were done I needed to have cabinets repaired, fix a hole that was drilled in the bathroom floor, pay for additional electrical work and plumbing. For the $$ charged, I expected a working kitchen. I got a mess I am still fixing.
