Dean was on time, reliable, professional, repaired our carpet issue quickly and was very reasonable on cost! I will keep his number and will definitely hire him again and/or refer him to my friends!

Dean did a very good job on my floor. It wasn't an easy task with the way my house was built, but I am very impressed with the quality of work. He was very easy to work with and very personable. Next time I have a flooring project, I will be contacting Dean!

Very professional, courtesy and informative. I felt like I was well informed and felt confident that Dean knew his trade and would take care of my project. My floors look absolutely beautiful! My dog Bandit is a little unnerved as he isn't sure what floors or rooms he can be in! LOL

Dean did an fantastic job on our floors! He was very flexible and worked it out so i could get my job done on a specific date. He was very professional, showed up on time, was clean and respectful of my home, and answered any questions i had. Great customer service! all around great experience i will definitely be calling him when it is time to do the floors again! They are so beautiful! I HAVER ALREADY RECOMMENDED HIM TO SOME FRIENDS!

Our experience with Dresow Hardwood Floors was GREAT! They sanded and refinished our kitchen and dining room floors and every part of the job (meetings and completion of work) went as promised. The work was scheduled and completed promptly and professionally. The floors look fabulous! We highly recommend Dresow Hardwood Floors to anyone needing this service.

We were impressed with Dresow Hardware Floors professional approach from the estimate to the finished project. They did an excellent job refinishing the wood floors on the entire lower level of our home and exceeded our expectations with the quality of the work. The job was scheduled quickly and finished on time. We now love our floors! I would highly recommend Dresow to anyone. They are competitive, efficient and skilled. They are also very nice people. The work was done on time and the father and son combo showed up on time. A quarter round that was added next to the base board didn't look right so he did take some out. There were a few other problem areas. Most were taken cae of.

Wood Flooring Refinish
I had flooring refinished in several rooms. The Dresow guys countersunk all of the nails and filled the holes. This was included in the price. They didn't ask me what kind of sheen I wanted for a finish and used a satin one, which was an appropriate choice for my house. In a few areas they didn't sand quite close enough to the registers. It also would have been nice if they took the bags of sawdust with them when they were through. Otherwise I am happy with the work.
