Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
The initial job was done well and in a speedy time frame. There was additional sprinkler heads that needed to be added at a later date, but after almost a year of reaching out to the company and them saying they would come back to finish, it it never happened. We've called at least 20 times scheduled appointments at least 10 times and no one ever shows up. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company if you were looking for service as you will not get any. We are in the process of trying to find someone who can finish the job and service the system on a yearly basis. It seems to me that this company is only interested in doing the initial job and not sticking behind the warranty or service for the jobs that they do.

Extremely disappointed with the communication and handling of this job. During excavation for the sprinkler installation, the company damaged my Verizon line that had been clearly marked by 811. The line and orange conduit were visibly exposed afterward, yet no one notified me that damage had occurred on my property. I had to discover the issue myself after losing service. The explanation that no one noticed the damage is very hard to believe considering the condition of the area after the digging. What?s most frustrating is not just the damage itself, but the lack of accountability and communication afterward. On top of that, the company never even confirmed the installation date with me. I had to call myself to find out they were showing up the next day. Now I may also have to pay Verizon to come out and run a new line because of the damage caused during their excavation. "VERIZON CAN?T charge you. The mark out was called in and marked out incorrectly. That was there fault!! This happens a lot!! I told you a number of times we didn?t know we hit it. When your internet want out YOU TOLD BE THERE WAS A POWER OUTAGE. So I never looked into it. You then later on said your wifi was back on at 3:53. Your miscommunication of your wifi power outage is what caused you to have to figure it out."

Excellent job and extremely fair pricing. I got alot of estimates and luckily found Drew Harps! They were able to install irrigation on time and within a few hours. Every other company priced significantly higher due to excessive zones turning a simple job into a overpriced bid. Joey at Drew Harps came through with exactly what we needed with no upcharges for controllers. We got the right amount of zones, complete coverage and wifi controller for half of what others wanted. Do yourself a favor, get an estimate by them before you decide.

This Mom & Pop business Needs Work. The Wife is easy to talk to very nice customer service skills. The Husband is a No Mannered Brute. He comes to do the work always in a hurry, for 2 seasons I have complained about a leak in my system, he Never took the time to find it. He sent me several Nasty texts, which I will never post, all because his wife is very nice and I will Not try to hurt the business. Just want customers to be aware. As this season is winding down maybe the husband can take some customer service Classes, First How to respect your customers. Second, Take time to listen to your customers. There are plenty more classes you should take but I Don?t have that Kind of Time.
I should have written this review months ago, but I never write a review when I am angry.. I got a Great Company who Fixed All of my Problems and the customer service is Fantastic (Water Workz) The Best around.. Good Luck Drew Harp..

Sprinkler system works as promised. 100% Coverage.
After install, when finishing up, the areas that were dug up weren't put back with any care, leaving many bare & uneven areas. Pre-emergent down, so will need to wait until Fall to reseed.

Horrible!!!!! Called this company because he was Angi certified. He came to do a summer open on my sprinkler system with his young child. He said he needed to do additional work. Charged me $300 for summer open, additional work and winter close. I called him at 609-879-5937 to come and close for the winter and never came. I called and called and called for a refund of $86.00 and he still will not return my call!!!!!

Great price, quick response, efficient installation. Drew Harps was significantly lower in price than several other bids. Joey was able to discuss our needs and walk the property and provide a bid on his first visit. Others took week+ to come up with proposal! Quality equipment, all Hunter brand. In walking the property, I mentioned a front garden that we call Grammy's garden. Joey remembered this and used that name several times in letting us know what he was proposing. I highly recommend this company!!!

Joe and his team were recommended by friends who already were happy with the quality of Drew Harps services. Joe is experienced and works together with his team. They showed up to the appointment on time, he always sends text ahead of appointment. I had a small issue and they came and fixed it all above and beyond. As they are always busy with customers, when I called and no answer the phone, always return my text messages. Highly recommend

Well to say that it was exactly like they explained is not true. I was told it would be a vibratory install and it was not but I allowed that. They installed a month before the season was closing and it was not terrible at first but as I got closer to opening up the system in March I noticed that they did not plumb In a valve to the system so it cracked the recently installed piping that they had installed. Not only did not it prohibit me from turning on our hose but it also made us lose from the water being losses from their mistakes. They did make right on their mistake a month later only to. find out that they left water In our lines which broke an entire zone of sprinklers which cracked them and we needed to spend 385 dollars for another company to come out and fix. I gave Drew the chance to fix his wrongs but to them it was more about collecting money before even coming out. As a home builder, I understand timing is tough but he clearly did not want to service his warranty so I wanted everyone to know what type of service you are going to get when dealing with them. I will be following up with a formal complaint to make sure it's rectified.

"First- Your system was installed with a vibratory plow. It was a Ditch Witch 255. Second- Your system ran for 2 months. It was install 9/1/23 and winterized 11/2/23. I find it funny that you left out that one of the zones that were broken didn?t work at all last year, and you called 2/3 times for us to come fix it. And we never did. Also that you had video it never worked. Until I told you, that every phone call or text was recorded to your account. Why would you leave something like that out??? 3rd- I did make a mistake. And I fixed what was caused by me!! I never once demanded any money from you before I came out. I simple explained - Joseph Wiltsey"

I saved all year to be able to purchase and have installed, a sprinkler system. I am a single mom so it was not the easiest feat :) I collected a few quotes from other companies but, I am SO GLAD that I chose Drew Harps for the job. I also really love that it is a family run business. Joey (the owner) is not only kind, professional, and a perfectionist, I also noticed while he and his crew were here, that he treated his crew with so much respect and I hate to say, I don t always see that relationship between an owner and his staff. I recently had my yard graded and leveled and Joey made sure that my yard was left the way it was when he started the install. Such a wonderful experience with Joey and his crew!
