"VERIZON CAN?T charge you. The mark out was called in and marked out incorrectly. That was there fault!! This happens a lot!! I told you a number of times we didn?t know we hit it. When your internet want out YOU TOLD BE THERE WAS A POWER OUTAGE. So I never looked into it. You then later on said your wifi was back on at 3:53. Your miscommunication of your wifi power outage is what caused you to have to figure it out."
"Please call the office between 8am and 4 pm Monday thru Friday. We have nothing by this name in our system."
"First- Your system was installed with a vibratory plow. It was a Ditch Witch 255. Second- Your system ran for 2 months. It was install 9/1/23 and winterized 11/2/23. I find it funny that you left out that one of the zones that were broken didn?t work at all last year, and you called 2/3 times for us to come fix it. And we never did. Also that you had video it never worked. Until I told you, that every phone call or text was recorded to your account. Why would you leave something like that out??? 3rd- I did make a mistake. And I fixed what was caused by me!! I never once demanded any money from you before I came out. I simple explained - Joseph Wiltsey"
