Called Drew regarding a leaking Sink Drain with Garbage Disposal. My 22 year old Disposal actually was rusting away and leaking. Drew had a spare disposal on the truck and with some gentle encouragement he was able to break the rusted disposal collar away from the sink without damaging the porcelain and installed the new disposal. Tested for leaks and cleaned up after himself. Drew was personable, honest, and priced reasonably. I will hire him again

He had no extra supplies on his truck. He did not impress us as a master plumber. His card says discounts to seniors and he knew we were seniors & did not give us a discount. He did not give us a bill when job was done; said he would mail it to us, which he did. We did not know what we were paying for until we got the bill. He said he would call us because he never completed the job but failed to call us back. Mr & Mrs Kagan

"This customer purchased their plumbing products from a big box store. Prior to starting the job, I informed them that their chosen products are of an inferior grade to the professional grade products that I supply, and that future repair parts would likely be difficult to find. The problem occurred when a part critical to installation, was missing from the box and as previously explained to the customer, was unavailable through me. I sell professional grade products and keep a full stock of repair parts for those products on my truck at all times. This customer said they would call me after they had procured the necessary replacement part to complete the installation. As I did not sell anything to this customer, there was nothing to discount."

Drew was very helpful and knowledgeable. I discussed my shower issue with him on the phone and he gave a diagnosis for the problem and a price to fix it. We made arrangements and he showed up as scheduled and was able to fix the problem in a very short period of time. I would use Drew for future issues. Nice to deal with the owner and plumber instead of a big company

"This job was to connect water and waste to a new under mount kitchen sink. This involved installation of a new single lever faucet w/ pull out spray, new soap dispenser, new filtered water faucet, reinstallation of the existing garbage disposal, and reconfiguration of the 3" x 2" PVC drain inlet tee to accommodate the deeper sink bowl drain outlets. Expected time for completion as well as my hourly labor rate was quoted and accepted in advance. Work was completed neatly, according to quote, and with no issues requiring correction."
