Clayton is truly a spectacular human being. He went above and beyond for my family and for that Iâ m truly grateful. He knew exactly how to treat my house and walked me through it step by step! This guy deserves more then 5 stars. I promise you will not be disappointed!

We hired Dri Right for remediation in April of 2021, recommended by two people we trust. Clayton, the supervisor, was present for maybe 1% of the work done. It was communicated that the areas were to be completely under containment/ negative pressure during the process so it would be safe to stay in our home. Completely regret that decision. We came to understand that this "young but experienced" crew were quite flippant about mold and cross contamination, as we witnessed multiple occasions that they were not careful about negative pressure -- leaving containment open or air scrubbers off after they had begun. They themselves didn't wear masks at times during the process. We had to request that they only use outside doors as they were tracking through our house. At that point we realized WE were the supervisors of this job. - After the guys finished, Clayton visually inspected all areas and said the job was completed. He completed air testing in the two areas and a tape lift in one area on request (air testing is not very indicative of the big picture of air quality, especially if the area hasn't been disturbed/used prior to testing) - We realized there was a problem the night before our own construction crew was coming to rebuild. Multiple areas where, upon closer inspection, Dri Right's team DID NOT REMOVE all water damaged sheet rock. It would have been visually obvious to them. We did not notice because after they "finished" they put our washer and dryer back. We trusted they knew what they were doing and were being honest. -When we spoke with Clayton about one area of concern, he said the mold likely grew after remediation was finished because of humidity. Does it make sense that mold would have been absent in a wet, moldy wall, only to grow later, after the excess moisture was gone? Total gaslighting and denial of the issue. -Had to request pictures and videos multiple times after process was complete. If you choose to use Dri Right DO NOT PAY them until you have inspected every photo side by side of the areas they removed. I am sorry we trusted this team. -We eventually received Dri Rights pictures several weeks later, and upon comparison of each area with water damage, it became clear that Dri Right DID NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN PROTOCOL. Multiple places where they either did not remove all damaged material, OR only removed water damaged materials UP TO the place of growth (barely), not the required 2 feet beyond. This put our family's health at further risk. -During the process, the crew stained our new carpet, which is the only thing we've been compensated for, finally -- 6 months later. They never covered our carpet or flooring to begin with, which in hindsight was a red flag. -Since, we have spent more than $700 in extra labor, materials, equipment to finish the job we paid Dri Right for. I have sent emails that document and explain the damage they failed to remove, and at this point I am confident he has no intention to respond or admit that they did a crappy job. NO ownership or responsibility for their workmanship so far. In the meantime, his Christian witness is in the garbage. - I would love to give this team the benefit of the doubt that this job was an honest oversight. We would have been happy to recommend his team with some discretion. Unfortunately, their negligence and evasiveness makes us hesitant to,

Clayton was very considerate and professional. He kept me updated with everything since I live in another city on the progress of the restoration. I would recommend him to anyone needing this service. A job well done!

I had mold removal and treatment/sealing done on wood in my crawl space, as well as installation of a water vapor barrier, dehumidifier and sump pump. All work was done in a professional manner, and to my satisfaction. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend Dri Right.

I was not impressed at all by Dri Right, LLC. I had an initial mold test done which cost me $250. Mold was detected and I was told if I chose to let them remediate they would roll the cost into the total cost. That did not happen. He told me he was going to cover my doors and sinks prior to tearing up my bathroom walls. That didn't happen. I had to tear out my shower floor myself to discover more mold. When I brought this to hos attention he left me a sprayer so I could remediate it my self even though I was paying him $1,500 to do this. Really?! What's wrong with this picture? I had to call the main boss in Kentucky to ask about this guy however he backed this guy up. The remediation took over a week and mainly consisted of continuously running an air scrubber and a dehumidifier which ran up my electric bill and dried out the finish on my sink cabinets. I saw the mold guy maybe 3 times for a few minutes during this process. Their website says they will do a post remediation restoration. That did not happen. I had to hire a contractor to restore my walls. Go with a different company.

Response from Company:

Mr. Fernando, I have trouble understanding why you are not satisfied. The scope of the work was clearly discussed at the outset of the job. I also have multiple text messages showing you were satisfied with the work. As for the testing. 3 tests were taken. One at the beginning to determine if there was a legitimate problem. 2 at the end: 1 tape lift showing it was remediated and 1 air sample showing it was remediated as well. As for the equipment running: that is the very equipment that ensured the area was safe for you and your family. That is according to S520 standards. Everything on this job was done according to standards. I kindl

They relieved our minds by telling us what we thought was Black Mold was not Mold at all but he suspected a insect infestation and did not want to take money, but we insisted because of the time he spent coming out to our home. Well Done
