We are pleased with the work performed by Drinan Garage Doors. Drinan replaced our torsion spring, garage door opener, and added a new strut on our garage door. Jimmy Drinan was punctual and efficient; he was in and out. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and explained our needed repairs before he started his work.

Jimmy did the job and replaced a broken spring. Nice person and professional.

Everything was fantastic. Jimmy came out immediately diagnosed the issues and fixed them. A rare trait in today s world.

Wonderful customer service, was on time (our appt was for 11:00), repaired our opener and even "fixed" the emergency light on the unit (he screwed the light bulb in) while we laughed at ourselves. However, be on the alert for "job poachers". Right before he left (about 12:30ish), we received a call from a man saying he was on his way to repair our garage door opener. I thought maybe there was a screwup with dispatch or something ... I actually handed the phone to Jimmy Drinan (the sole owner/operator) and the man hung up on him. Through the callback feature on our phone, we now know the man was calling from Village Garage Doors phone number. We have no idea how the man knew we needed a repair, but it was really weird to get a call from someone claiming they were coming to fix our garage door just when Jimmy had completed the job, had been paid, and was leaving. Thanks, Jimmy, not only for being professional and courteous, but for also following through on tracking down the caller and alleviating our discomfort when that unsolicited person called us.
