BUYER BEWARE - Robert Huffman (owner of the company) is not reliable - do not trust this business to complete the work and look elsewhere immediately. Robert came out to my house and seemed friendly and determined to assist with drainage and tree work to assist with our lawn. I communicated my timeline with Robert up front and he agreed to come out to complete the work the next week. He sent an estimate, requiring a 50% deposit before the work started, which I promptly paid. Robert has now cancelled and re-scheduled me three times, each time with a different excuse, and has not started the work. I typically have to reach out multiple times before he even responds. I have requested my deposit back, but he refuses to pay and repeatedly says I am scheduled for the next week. I have submitted a claim with the Gwinnett County Magistrate Court to recoup my deposit as well as a formal compliant with the Better Business Bureau.

BUYER BEWARE!! I had an extremely infuriating experience with Robert and his company, and I feel obligated to warn others. In August 2024, I hired him to address a sinkhole on my property and complete some crawlspace plumbing work. I paid a 50% deposit of nearly $4,000 upfront. Despite 2 months of delays, false assurances, and lack of communication, the work NEVER began. After repeated requests for a refund via email, text, and postal mail, Robert only returned $1,000, leaving my wife and I with nearly $3,000 unpaid. I have been forced to take legal action in Gwinnett County Magistrate Court to recover the remaining balance. I would STRONGLY advise anyone and everyone to avoid doing business with Robert and his company. It is my opinion, through personal experience, that Robert has profound issues with reliability, professionalism, accountability, and respect. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!

They were very responsive in first call

I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Honest thorough and we’re always on time. Robert was to determine my sewer clog was fairly close to the county main connection. He suggested I call the county to see if they would fix my issue. The county agreed with his assessment and I was able to save lots of money. This kind of service is virtually non existent these days!!!

Upfront I was told that I would be getting great value from this pro because he beats competitors prices and does more for the money. He did beat another quote by about $100. However, he never finished doing all of the items that he promised. He finished the water main replacement. I have a few problems with his work though. 1. he told me the main would be buried 18 inches deep at a minimum. The main was only about 12 inches deep, maybe even less. Also, he promised to do a free sewer line inspection and limited cleaning. After I paid for the work, I was continually blown off about him coming back to complete what was promised. Once I paid him, he seemed completely reluctant to come back and do his extra services. I gave him 2 weeks to come back and complete his work. I got so fed up with being blown off I told him to forget about it. I do not have the time to be put on the bottom of a contractors list after he gets paid. I should have had priority to have the work done and the job completed. The owner seems like a nice guy, but I wont recommend him as a contractor should not blow off finishing a job because he has new work that he deems more important, regardless of how important they may feel the other work is.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value If you are looking for great pricing, honesty and professional services, Drip Drop is the company you need to call. Robert, was very prompt getting to our home and assessing our sewer blockage. He was able to determine roots were impeding our drainage. After clearing our line and the problem reappearing he came back out at no charge to clear and locate an additional blockage beyond the original. After his assessment he recommended that we call the county since this second blockage was real close to the main sewer drain. Long story short he saved my family thousands of dollars. It is one thing to be great at your job but it is totally different to be honest at your job. Robert is both and I recommend his services to everyone. We are so thankful for his honesty and professionalism. We will always call Robert if we incur a problem

They came on time as promised and finished the repair in a professional manner. They were polite and respectful and they provided the best value for money.

The company responded very quickly when I called. At first I was truly impressed. There was a small issue and I was told they would come back, but that did not happen. My husband was able to resolve the issue, but I was a little disappointed that I was told a lie. Overall, I think the work was very well done, but there is still a little stain on what could have been a rating of 5 all around.

Toilet tank a little crooked...

Received a free estimate and Robert was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and honest in stating that it would not require immediate repair. When repair is required in the future I will definitely contract with Drip/Drop.

These guys were fantastic. They contacted me immediately and were able to source parts and fix my issue the very next day. David was awesome - extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I will absolutely be using them for all my future plumbing needs!

Replaced bad job done by previous plumber recommended by neighbor last year and explained all he had to do. Pipes connected to shower drain were leaking into basement ceiling. Nice friendly young man and fast worker. Great worker.
