Drip Drop showed up within scheduled time and got right to work. They installed a backflow device and replace all 6 zone valves. When done they didn?t leave the area very clean. I tried to test the system and found there was no water getting to it. When I contacted them to have the system checked they said they would be out either that day or the next. The next day by 1pm i got tired of waiting around and checked things myself. I found that one of the valves on the backflow was off. This valve was partially buried and barely visible. When I checked the system all of the zones were incorrect. I had to pull all the wires from the controller off of the valves and connect the correct zone to the right valve. I?m not real happy with the quality of work and their not checking to see if things even worked before they left when finishing the job.
