I knew immediately after my in home consultation with Melissa that I wanted her to paint my built in cabinet and shelves. After a smooth, stress free cabinetry project, the next step was painting. Melissa came over and looked at project, ask questions, made suggestions and then later sent quote. We agreed and work began. Even though we had a few hiccups as any project does, Melissa kept me informed every step of the way and was honest with me whenever unforeseen issues occurred. Melissa and her crew did an awesome job. I appreciate the care they went through in prepping the site and their clean up. The cabinets look AMAZING!!! Melissa and her crew have definitely earned a spot in my contractor contact list for future painting jobs! Thanks!!

I thought we had finally found a trustworthy contractor because she really seemed honest and organized with a very detailed estimate. However, in reality, she did not finish the work that was contracted and kept giving us excuses, on several occasions, as to why she could not show up to finish it. She would actually give us a time that she would be here, and just not show. Very disappointing.

I hired Drip Painting to make upstairs "like new": paint ceilings, walls, baseboards, doors, trim, and cabinets. To start, the prep was sloppy. There is overspray on ceiling fans, shutters, furniture, switch plates, door/drawer knobs. They did not remove switch plates nor tape over them. The coats of paint on ceilings and walls are uneven. The baseboards/window sills/trim were supposed to be painted with semi gloss, but it appears to be the same flat paint they used on the ceilings. I paid extra to have wall paper in one bathroom removed, texture the wall and paint. They did not, they just painted over the paper. The doors and trim had to be redone because the first time around Melissa said they forgot to change the filter on their sprayer. Melissa did accommodate my request to redo it, but only did 6 of the 9 doors. Melissa also came back to redo the bathroom, but left with it half finished and never returned. I had to finish the project myself. I was stood up no less than 4 times when she promised to show up to work. As far as I can tell Melissa is the only employee of this company, she brought 2 people on 2 occasions, but she had to redo most of the work they had done. This job started on Sept 23 and I finished it on Nov 12 by myself. It should only have been a 3-4 day project.

Friendly and courteous. Excellent customer service skills. Very accommodating. An estimate was requested and given and price was very fair for the work requested. Quality of work and therefore the finished product was very good. Final walk thru was requested and given. Touch-ups were made without hesitation. Would hire them again.

I had to handle this job remotely from 1000 miles away, and my positive feeling about this company started when their quote first arrived. Unlike many contractors who refuse to itemize the estimate, this one came in exactly as I would expect any estimate to appear, with every detail listed. The team was absolutely fantastic with daily updates and accommodating some adjustments and special requests during the job. Whenever they had questions, they would text me with pictures and I could text my response back. Anytime I needed to reach out to them, they responded to my text messages within minutes. Once I was able to do an in-person walkthrough, it looked even better than the pictures they were sending. This company is a rare find, I definitely recommend them, and we will use them again in the future.

This company provided excellent service and quality work on my house, which hadn't been painted in 20 years. They were on time every day and worked efficiently throughout the day. The job included a lot of wood replacement and everything was done well. I recommend them highly.

I needed a quick turnaround and they called me the day I submitted the request They came out that day to give a quote and finished the job the folliowng day. That was exactly what I needed.
