HORRIBLE Experience.... Came out and laid a coating of some kind over my driveway.. Looked like a kid came out and tried to do concrete work. Swirls and product all over everything including pavers at the end of my driveway and on top of it all it started to come off like sand.. I stopped payment on the check. They "really needed the check to clear" and promised to come fix it - could I please release the funds? So I did.. They came back out, put a second layer of the same crap on my driveway and now two months later ALL OF THE CRACKS CAME BACK and the product continues to come off like sand and pebbles.... Now they wont answer or return my calls TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL WASTED $1600 DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - TOTALLY UNRELIABLE

This company did not do what they said they would do and had very poor communication and no response to issues we had. I would not recommend them. Their owner is not reputable, does not keep his word, and is rude. This company had 2 projects: to install a drainage trench and to resurface and coat an exposed aggregate patio. The owner did provide an estimate for both projects quickly. They started work the next day. The trench job was fine, though they left a lot of trash in the trench that ultimately plugged the outlet of the trench. We had to clean out to get it to drain properly. The resurface job was very poorly done. The owner promised a smooth surface, really talked it up. Within one day, the very thin surface they had put down was mostly gone. It literally blew off with the wind. We contacted him right away, and then multiple times over the course of the next month. With each call, he became more rude. He promised he would be back to apply a different coating. He has now stopped taking our calls and does not respond. So, we feel he has cheated us out of this part of the job. Like I mentioned, he's not a man of his work, not reputable at all. Buyer beware is good advice for this company.

I thought they were contractors that had some kinda of integrity, but it turned out otherwise. I would not recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their driveways done. They do not deliver what they promised. They do not respond to the customers needs nor wants. They charged me a lot of money for what they did and I could've gone to a home improvement store and purchased the material and did the job myself.

Gave me a high quote at first then later came down to a more reasonable quote so I hired them at the new quote.

Project: Resurface a formerly painted, chipped and cracked concrete driveway. Unfortunately, the original product did not bond but following a phone call to contractor, his workers returned with commercial sander and prepared surface for new application. Following a power washing, a different product was applied and it bonded perfectly; however, overall troweling is rough in patches. I commend contractor integrity in correcting the original product failure but finished look is very sloppy and uneven.

There were two parts to this project: 1) New concrete and 2) refinished concrete. They did a good job on the new concrete but a terrible job on the refinished concrete. The coating they put on has almost completely wore off. They still have not fixed this issue after several weeks. This company has very high rates for their work. They do not respond in a timely manner to phone calls if they respond at all.

Perfect experience all the way around....not only did they perform the work within 24 hours.....but they pleased my husband who never wants to hire contractors because he always thinks he can do the job better himself! Great quality work....professional and courteous workers....I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend this company!
