Abe did an incredible job remodeling our home. From start to finish, he was professional, honest, responsive, and extremely detail-oriented. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. What sets Abe apart is how much he genuinely cares about his clients and the quality of his work. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and talented general contractor.

He did an amazing job

Abe left my concrete floors a mess and also left us with a gas leak for over 2-weeks that we had to service ourselves. His team was unable to install a new dishwasher and we had to do it ourselves. He was initially great to work with but after a gas leak from a faulty install, sending 2 people out to install the dishwasher unsuccessfully, and 3 teams of people to try and repair the floors (making it progressively worse each time), I started to lose faith. A separate company was hired to repair the floors and they were shocked at what had been previously attempted by Abe. He also cancelled work appointments with us several times on the day of. I hate to post negative reviews like this, but he was unresponsive to my email in which I tried to privately address my concerns. I am happy to provide photos and evidence of the these mishaps to anyone.

Abe and his crew were fantastic. No detail was overlooked and no detail is too small to be done right. It was an amazing transformation from the 1960s something in the 21st-century, simply beautiful. When I had an idea Abe and I discussed everything to the smallest detail to ensure that it flowed. We always looked to how the next room would look after the current room was finished. This actually saved money, time , and mistakes. The crew went above the ordinary and kept me informed on what they were doing and what was going to happen next. I am so happy with the quality of the work that I have scheduled my bathroom remodel already and am excited about the outcome. I trust Abe and his crew to make it happen. Could not be happier with DRN Sterling (Abe). One of the most professional, respectable and understanding people I have ever met! I have hired him for several jobs at this point. I would call my home a remodel but it was more like a transformation! Upgraded my living room, fireplace and dining room from a dark and cluttered space into an open and inviting home that you would find in a Beverly Hills mansion! Perfectly executed our vision of our son's nursery...easily exceeded our expectations with that and every single project he over saw. Took my yard from a gravel filled mess and in a very quick and affordable manner poured concrete and cleaned it up real nice. Next on a very tight time crunch Abe and his crew knocked out an expansion of my business in the exact time frame he had estimated and once again exceeded our expectations. Lastly, my dream became reality when Abe converted my garage into a Man Cave. Every time I walk into this room I am blown away, cannot even express how happy I am with the final product. Every person who has walked into this space has been amazed! Overall EXCELLENT experience and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone! If you have a project, no matter how big or how small DRN Sterling is the RIGHT CHOICE...in my opinion THE ONLY CHOICE!

DRN Sterling Construction, remodeled our kitchen. The workmanship was excellent, Abe, was able to work with our budget and he actually saved us money. The finish job, looked high end. Abe was always available for questions, I'm sure we drove him crazy, but he nevered showed it, he was always professional, and his staff were excellent, at the end of each day, they made sure the area they worked in was clean and tidy.

DRN Sterling Construction (Abe) our experience with the company was excellent. Abe was involved in the project from the beginning to the end. He had great ideas that gave us a high end finish and look, that met our budget. What I appreciated was the fact Abe, was sincere and we felt an immediate trust and comfort, that we didn't feel with the 4-prior Contractors. All of our future home projects will go to DRN Sterling Construction.

DRN Sterling Construction turned an old commercial building into a Adult Day Program for individuals with developmental disabilities. DRN Sterling Construction personal passion for hard work and going the extra mile in the employees or subcontractors reflects in our new Adult Day program. Abe, sense of commitment to our vision and budget restraints, made the project worry free. Abe, is excellent in communicating to his customer through every step of the project.

Work required structural engineer plans. Abe reviewed plans and knew how to follow plans. Communicated every stage of work. Finished within time frame given.

He has done 2 jobs for me and I am very happy with his work. He is very good! Everything is excellent. He is very very good.

Everything was perfect. I had lots of questions. Abe explained everything and answered all my questions. The quality of the work was excellent. He took me and showed me lots of samples and I respected his opinion. His work was finished before the time he had promised. He was efficient dependable and honest.

I had a great experience with this contractor which was a relief. He helped with a major renovation and I was very pleased. Especially with how good the quality was. He even finished ahead of schedule!! Also stayed within his estimate and cleaned up after himself everyday he was working. I hate to this but, I'm very picky but I was completely satisfied with the finished project. I also referred him to my daughter.
