Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
Our dryer quit drying clothes so we had a duct cleaner come out (thru Home Advisor). They explained that we had a bad clog due to condensation buildup. They recommended we replace the flexible exhaust pipe with rigid style of pipe but they never come or called back with the estimate. Fast forward a few weeks after their "cleaning" and there was absolutely NO AIR coming out of the exhaust. We tried to find them again since they apparently didn't finish the job but had no luck finding them. Mr Drummond saw that we were looking for the service again and called us that same day, came out within 72 hrs, gave an estimate and came back within 3-4 days (on a Saturday) and fixed the issue. He switched out the flexible for rigid pipe, finished the cleaning job and replaced the outside exhaust vent. We are very happy so far and will definitely recommend Drummond Carpet & Upholstery Care.

Installed carpet, he never had kicker to tighten up carpet, was a 12x10 piece half for hallway and rest on 8 stairs. Was so lumpy and lose was here over 8 hours. Had another installer had replace carpet since wasn t cut right due being directional carpet. I would never recommend Home Advisor again. Lost too much money and time

"Your price was what was quoted and your dryer worked after multiple times checking. Was there for 1hr 30 min. and you had no air flow when I got there and after taking your dryer loose and cleaning out vent that was severely clogged had full air flow. Thank you for your business!"

"I already told you my son had broke his foot and had to take him to hospital ahead of time. I am a single father first who has custody of my son and that comes first. You could have choose different date or went with another company as you were given heads up. I am sorry for this but my son had to be taken care of."

He did not take responsibility for the work he did. He has poor customer service and was very rude to me when he picked up his phone. He blocked my number because he didn't want to come back and fix the issue

"On August 27th the day the job was done you asked for your money back and you were never charged for repair. That was guaranteeing our work. You never had extra carpet to do correct repair. Which is your responsibility not ours if there is no donor carpet then carpet doesn't get repaired!"
