Pros: promptly contacted me to assess the water damage, contacted my insurance company to get approval to start clean up and arrangements for billing I hired them to complete the reconstruction and management kept in contact with me via phone, text messages, and email and he was very courteous every time I talked to him Cons: took longer than expected to complete what I was able to visibly see as a small job (compared to other water damages I had or seen in the building) Cost was way more than what I expected and my insurance company was able to prove that the line items I was being charged for there were areas where it appeared the company was ?double dipping? the cost so I was charged triple of what the insurance estimated (for example I was charged over $300 to paint a ceiling of a small bedroom and to replace a smoke detector) The paint job was not good and compared to when I previously had it painted by a professional painter when I remove fixtures old paint is visible I ended paying more than my deductible to settle the balance

"Mrs. ONeil as I explained to you, the prices of our work are based on Square Footage, and the software Xactimate give us the prices, sadly some bad insurance adjusters try to put our customers against us, talking about prices when they handle the same estimate software than us, they do this because they always wants to try to cut the invoices who does not know this, and I found it not right , compare a certified firm who pay all insurances to protect our workers and customers with trained employees, with a Handyman who does not know how to even charge and reduce the quality of the work. Please we apologized if it was any inconvenience."

Much more competent then serve pro. Serverpo was a nightmare. This guy will explain everything and work with your budget. There was still some smoke on some of the items but I believe with the budget we gave him he did what he was supposed to do which was to get the property to a point where it was considered remedated and complete all the necessary paperwork for legal purposes so we can start to rebuild again. You get what you pay for. Its bad enough to have a tragedy then you get incompetent people like serve pro that come and make holes in everything and make more damage then anything, it makes you appreciate finding someone like this.

The owner of the company, Ivan, responded immediately to my inquiry -very accommodating to my schedule when making appointments for estimate & also for completing the job. He was able to come in and complete the job which took 3 days, before other companies gave an estimate appointment. They were reliable, honest and hardworking. They completed the work in a timely manner, enabling the work on my basement renovation to continue without much delay. Most importantly, I was having asthma attacks when I came home each night. I have not had an asthma attack since they did the job! Great job!

Ivan and his crew went through every detail and really helped my Mother and through this process. We are very grateful to have this project done by a company that understood our needs and was able to finish in a timely manner. Ivan was able to keep the lines of communication open at all times, and able to explain things that we didn't understand. I would chose his company again if we ever needed any work done to the house. Hopefully no MORE MOLD problems though ;).

"Mr. Elliot, we tried to perform the project following our high standards, as you know we could not work freely since your daughter was breaking up our containment and making us fail the inspections from the Industrial Hygienist, finally you agreed to send your daughter to a Hotel but, this was your excuse to not pay our bill after we finish the job and pass the inspection since you thought this was fair I walk away trying to keep our high standards including customer service at the level of our company. It looks like fairness, is not in your dictionary, I apologized for any inconvenience but I found wrong looking for excuses to not pay."

Ivan is a real honest professional worker, not your typical "Contractor". Ivan and his crew worked very neatly. I was very happy with all the work that they performed, including cleaning out all of the mold that was in my crawl space and then finishing off the crawl space so that it can be used as a storage space that will stay dry. I would definitely recommend Dry All!
