Dry Basement Foundation Repair

I had a great experience with Dry Basement. The estimator Curtis was extremely knowledgeable, clean cut, friendly, and straight forward. He arrived right on time and got to work. He reviewed my situation with laser measuring equipment and had a written estimate for me on the spot. We agreed on a price for the work and scheduled my repair for their next available slot, three weeks later, on December 11, 2014. I received a call from their office staff two days before the scheduled work, to remind me of my appointment and their estimated arrival time. The crew of four guys showed up right on time and got straight to work. The foreman, Alvin, was great and worked just as hard as every other guy on the crew, and these were about the hardest working guys I've ever seen in my life. Everyone was super friendly (my Labrador retriever vetted each of them and approved). It was a wet, sloppy day outside, and they put plastic down on my carpeted floors and stairs to keep things tidy. They installed 10 u-channel braces in the basement to shore up my slightly bowing foundation (just under 2" of inward bowing), and secured it to 8 yards of concrete - that's 32,000 pounds worth - in the yard. The cracks inside were sealed with polyurethane. They finished the job in one day, as promised, and cleaned everything up when they were done. In fact my basement was cleaner when they left than when they showed up. I would definitely hire these guys again, though I don't plan on having to, since from the looks of things this house isn't going anywhere. HIGHLY recommended.

They came in, did the job in one day, exactly as promised. Great experience.

Admittedly, I only had them waterproof my basement 2 weeks ago and we haven't had any especially heavy rain storms since. However, I haven't had any noticeable water issues since. The staff were very friendly, courteous and worked very hard. They were able to complete the work in just one day. Which surprised me, considering that their crew of three guys channeled the whole basement and installed two sump pumps. Their work definitely seems solid, so I wouldn't expect any issues. They did come highly recommended to me by my son, who had them do his basement as well and he hasn't had issues for over 2 years.

The supervisor Alvin is the hardest worker I've ever seen in my whole life.
