7/26 - Another great review for Basements Plus and the amazing team of Rachel and Austin. We had our yearly inspection of our sump pumps and sani-dry. The company really stands behind their installation. Rachel and Austin are a pleasure to work with and they are both very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. After having 6 other companies come out to give us an estimate to address our basement waterproofing needs, one meeting with Craig and Colby at our home, followed by a 2nd meeting with them at their facility, made our decision very easy. The Basement Plus Waterproofing team not only know what they are talking about but they believe in the products they use and their work is second to none. Upon signing the contract for a new drainage system, sump pump and SaniDRY Sedona dehumidifier, we were contacted by Kyle (Project Manager) who walked us through what to expect during every phase of the project. Dalver, Carlos and Adelso (waterproofing team) were timely , very hardworking and patient as they answered any questions we had along the way. We are now in the process of having our basement put back together by the Basements Plus Finishing team. This company is extremely organized, great attention to detail and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

From my first contact with Rachel - to the educational materials sent to me in the mail - to my time spent with Deanne receiving my quote and learning about my project - to the gentlemen who implemented my project - I couldn’t be more pleased. This was the first major project I have undertaken in my home so my questions and concerns were abundant. But every person from the Basements Plus Family were kind and patient and understanding. They went above and beyond in many areas. I will be recommending this amazing company to anyone who has need of their services.

Did a really nice job encapsulating my crawl space. In and out within half a day. The crew left a small amount of debris behind and as soon as I brought it to their attention they sent a person back out to clean it up and make it right.

Let?s start up by saying this has been a total nightmare where from the beginning Craig came out to my house. Said he was the owner and tried to dry base my place and caused so much damage to my basement that we are going to get a lawyer involved now I?ve had numerous basement companies out and they said his system has failed. He wants to try to send a letter saying oh it?s coming through cracks in the basement when it?s clearly coming from his dry track system that failed in about 15 different spots. This is very ridiculous. I would steer clear this company. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time. Stay far far away from this company check out all their other names they have numerous different names under their self then they want to say it?s coming through the cracks in the floor when you can clearly see where their track system failed a numerous spots. It?s a bunch of horseshit they don?t answer phone calls. They?ll leave you hanging dry and they?ll cost you thousands
