My couch was literally ruined by him... I am devastated. I had a few water stains when he arrived. After he left, my couch had many more. He came back the next day to fix it and that visit made it even worse. I had such a horrible experience. I'm beside myself. He tried to convince me that this is normal which is insulting. I've had this service performed before by another party and it was successful.

We didn't ruined your couch .When fabrics are being steamed cleaned for a long time it looses its texture. Steam consists of hot water and that water condenses in the base of the couch. Off course they will take out some but majority stays in sponge on the chair We eliminate that by using dry foam. You couch was probably ruined before I got there

Brent James arrived on time. He cleaned our apartment well. He was especially good on floors with his Kirby equipment. He was very pleasant to deal with. We hope to use him or his staff again on a regular basis.

the personal is on time, very good. doing things carefully, and very considering, provide additional suggestion. However cleaning result is not a 100% satisfy , some are outstanding , but some still not really complete. overall is acceptable.
