I asked the company to reglaze my bathtub with a disastrous result. James offered to redo the job but I lost confidence in his ability to do this professionally. So I hired somebody to redo the job.

My couch was literally ruined by him... I am devastated. I had a few water stains when he arrived. After he left, my couch had many more. He came back the next day to fix it and that visit made it even worse. I had such a horrible experience. I'm beside myself. He tried to convince me that this is normal which is insulting. I've had this service performed before by another party and it was successful.

Brent James arrived on time. He cleaned our apartment well. He was especially good on floors with his Kirby equipment. He was very pleasant to deal with. We hope to use him or his staff again on a regular basis.

the personal is on time, very good. doing things carefully, and very considering, provide additional suggestion. However cleaning result is not a 100% satisfy , some are outstanding , but some still not really complete. overall is acceptable.

Floor cleaning machine was very noisy and my husbandâ s home office was disturbed by it. But machine cleaned well.

Dry Foam Way to Go (James) is absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. After being quoted a price for a thorough cleaning from a cleaning team, the owner came alone for one hour of ?cleaning? then messaged me he was ?all done? . To my surprise the apartment remained very dirty. This was even after he asked to utilize my paper towel and window cleaner. He apologized and stated his other worker had cleaned everything in 15 minutes and left. We later scheduled to come back the following day (11am) for a thorough cleaning (pointing out many areas that proved obvious very little cleaning had actually been done) The next day, I had someone open the apartment to let him in (1150am when he arrived) to clean the apartment for a tenant inspection at 2pm. Once again to my surprise and disappointment, when I arrived at 145pm, there was an elderly man sitting on the interior steps who stated he was James Uncle and he was waiting for him to clean the apartment? The apartment was ok the same uncleared condition as the day prior. When I messaged James, he replied he ?left with the other cleaning man to give an estimate for a job in Long Island? Ar this point, my prospective tenant arrives and views an apartment unprepared for renting. Humiliated, embarrassed and distressed, I informed James, I cannot and will not allow him to continue as I have lost a prospective renter. After removing the few items he left in the apartment, he has been harassing and threatening me to pay the full price to clean the apartment and hallway- of which neither was done. To avoid further harassment, I paid him $50 via cashapp. More threats have continued. I am now concerned for my safety and will contact home advisor and the better business bureau of this person who was a salesman for Kirby and now conducts an unprofessional, illegitimate business with their products.

He came later than the time I booked for, tried to change the rate for the job once there. Asked me for bags to haul away the junk, and still managed to leave parts of my basement not done. I had requested that my basement be disinfected and the junk hauled away. There is still parts of my basement that need to be disinfected, and just cleaned. I am highly disappointed.
