AMAZING is the first word that comes to mind to describe our experience with this company! Names will be listed to assure that these employees will never be forgotten for the care, compassion, and professionalism they had when taking care of our home. Frances, Andrew, Travis, Jodi, Mindy, and Roderick are the lovely employees that I am referring to. I have never had a service company quite like DryMax to service my home. It was the most pleasant experience for one of the most unpleasant events to happen in our home. After a water heater probably had been leaking for six or seven months in the attic, a spot finally showed on the ceiling. DryMax came out right away and assessed the situation. Water was in our exterior wall and an interior corner wall. The ceiling and walls had to be torn out, the mold removed, carpet torn out, cement cleaned and sterilized, etc., etc. This team worked tirelessly for at least 10 days total to assure it was clean and dry to prepare for the next steps. I never heard a cross word between anyone and they all seemed so happy and knowledgeable about their jobs. Another wonderful part was that Frances handled all of the dealings with our insurance company. I submitted our claim, got a claim number, and Frances did the rest. She even called to let me know that our insurance was covering the cost and they check would be mailed directly to DryMax. My last compliment must go directly to owners, Eric and Nicole Wenger. You should be so proud to own a company like this. Again, I have never had service anywhere near the quality that I received from your employees. Amazing! I can't express how spectacular these ladies are! They were professional and knowledgeable, making the process effortless. Amanda and her team were diligent and kept me informed throughout the entire project. We ran into some mold during a bathroom remodel, which was very disappointing and frightening. We quickly reached out to an inspector, and he referred Nicole to us. She promptly added us to her schedule; keep in mind this was during the winter chaos. Within a week, her team was here and taking care of the matter. I can't praise them enough!

The home was inspected and treated for mold following the 2020 hurricane in Lake Charles. Local services were overwhelmed. DryMax provided the help we needed in an excellent manner. Quality, service and price exceed all expectations. I highly recommend them.

We had a water leak at our business about a month ago. Drymax took care of everything in a timely and professional manner, setting up services was easy and their technicians were here on time and very communicative as to what was going on throughout the whole week-long process. Would definitely recommend to others and would definitely use their services again if needed.

A roof leak caused water damage and black mold growth in my 4x9 closet off the main bathroom. I was entirely impressed and happy with the highly skilled and professional work performed by DryMax, from assessment by Nicole, prompt communications with Frances, to the completion of the job. DAY ONE: Amanda and Roderick, very friendly, worked tirelessly for 10 hours straight, hardly taking a break. After cordoning off the bathroom with plastic sheeting to prevent debris from entering the bedroom, and encasing the closet itself, they tore apart the ceiling, insulation, and one wall of the closet. A powerful vacuum removed debris through 12"-diam. tubing from the closet and out the bathroom window, into bags which they hauled away at the end of the day. The bathroom was spotless when they left. DAY TWO: Amanda returned to spray and scrape off mold from the exposed joists, and she set up a dehumidifier to run for a few days to dry out the wood. LAST DAY: Amanda checked the moisture levels of the roof joists, better than acceptable, did a final cleanup and removed all equipment. Thanks, DryMax! I won't hesitate for a second to recommend your services.

The crew with DryMax did a wonderful job on getting rid mold and water damage. There response was quick when I call.

I had mold in a wall where the roof leaked. They did the assessmeny and testing. I feel as if they were thorough. The bid was expensive to get rid of the mold. I got the kob done fpr s lot less money thtough another contractor. I just wanted to make sure that he knew what he was doing in getting rid of the mold.

Technicians were knowledgable, helpful, and patient with questions and decisions.

Service was prompt and well done. Invoice was sent promptly. They even sent a nice gift box of goodies as a Thank You for our business.
