Reviews
Write a ReviewExcellent service. Did the job in 2 days and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely hire again. Went above and beyond to see that we were satisfied. Returned calls promptly or answered the phone right away. Received the estimate when promised and stuck to the estimate price even though they did a little extra work.
Good job
A little expensive (for my budget) but the work is great. They are still working on the problem.
We are very pleased with all the work done by Dry Maxx,. All the members of their crew who did work in our home were professional and did good work and left the site clean. They addressed every concern we had. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Great contractor-very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended A Would not hesitate to use again.
An absolute joy to work with every step of the way.
Even when I was worried that there was still mold in the air after they were done (as I was sneezing a lot) they were very considerate and gave me the number of a company to test the air quality for mold and stated that if there was mold still left that they would reimburse me for the cost of testing and return to fix the problem. There was not any mold left ð
Detailed explanation of the work was provided before they started the job. The team doing the work were professionals. They immediately addressed a concern I had. They fixed the problem and restored my bathroom (drywall, paint and vanity). I only had to work with one Contractor even though multiple trades were involved. That was simpler and easier for me. They started AND finished the job in a reasonable amount of time.
I hired this company in 2018 after using HomeAdvisor to find a company to restore my condo to liveable condition, after severe water damage. Dealing with this company was far worse than the damage itself. I posted a negative review after the work was completed, and the owner of DryMaxx offered to pay me to take it down. I reported this to HomeAdvisor, and they said I could repost it later. I did not take his offer but told him I would pay him only what the insurance company allowed. He signed a letter I drew up stating, I would take down the negative review, and he would accept only the insurance payment. I suffered a cardiac event due to the stress, so did not pursue legal action.
Easy to work with and excellent results.
