Charlie was very knowledgeable in the mold business. He helped me to understand the nature of the work required to resolve the problem. I am still waiting on the follow up assessment on putting the basement back together.

MY WORST NIGHTMARE I hired DryMaxx because of the high ratings. I had a basement only mold remediation that needed to be done. I previously explained in detail to Matt Olsen that my child had previously been poisoned and has a severe environmental sensitivity. All chemicals were to be used in the basement only with the entrance sealed. On August 20 2019 the owner Charlie George and 2 technicians arrived and went to work in the basement. I trusted them enough to leave with my child while they were working. When we returned they had finished and were gone. Upon entering my house, I was horrified at the unbearable smell that occupied every room in the house. My daughter and I were dry heaving and she immediately complained of an unbearable headache. We had to leave almost immediately. Several days later Charlie admitted that an employee (I don't know if it was him or another individual) had put a chemical in a fogger,inserted it into my furnace and through my air ducts fumigated my entire house. I later found out that this chemical is a federally registered pesticide, something my child can never be exposed to. We have had to spend thousands making our home safe again for our child. We have received no reimbursement for our expenses from DryMaxx.

Dry Maxx did an outstanding and thorough job removing mold from our basement. All areas were sprayed and cleaned, and they cut out affected dry wall and installed new. They also left their air scrubber running several days to remove any toxins in the air. The workers came every day on time and cleaned before they left. Best of all, their fee was very reasonable, especially for the high quality of the work. We give this company our highest recommendation!
