Dry Otter, showed up early on the first day of appointment, had all of his materials, and linformation with him, he came prepared, unlike another co. on this web page. He came back, after I had some more questions about what I needed, they called on the day before to make sure I was ready for them, they again called the day of the work, cleaned up after themselfs left no mess. Very professional .

I am most pleased with them personally, professionally. They got right to work. Knew what they were doing. They were respectful, considerate of the mess that would be created and put down protection for my carpeting and tile; including hallway and stairs. They wasted no time in getting to work.
