Eric,Jose and Cole did a great job on my project. They guys explained everything they going to do. After the project was finished they showed me their work. The guys cleaned up everything. They even finished a little earlier. I would highly recommend this crew.

A Dry Pro team came out today and installed a "crawlspace drainage system". Jonathan the team leader, came to me first thing this morning with full specifications and scaled drawings of the project. We went over everything that was to be done and verified all the locations around the house. Edwin and Taylor the other team members got to work right away. Jonathan took beginning, unprocessed and completed photos and videos. The team cleaned up the worksite beautifully. While Taylor and Edwin finished loading the truck I went over the job and viewed the photos and videos Jonathan had taken. I am very satisfied with the job and the hard work Taylor, Jonathan and Edwin did. If you have a moisture I highly recommend Dry Pro.

Brendan, Eric and Erik arrived on time , gave a quick review of what they were going to do and began to work. At the end of day one, Brendan provided me with pictures and explanations of all they had done that day. Day 2 again they arrived very early and got to work. At the completion once again I was provided pictures of the finished product. The crawspace was encapsulated in all white. They cleaned up, asked if I had any questions and they answered all that I had.. This is the 3rd time I have used this company. They are the best!!

Will, Cam and Trey were great! They were professional, friendly and took time to explain everything. They did great work and even took an old porcelain sink I had in the basement that was too heavy for me to take to the curb and they ended up hauling it away. I am very pleased with the work they done. Thanks guys!

Dry Pro did a great job with our encapsulation project. We no longer have to worry about a saggy, wet, crawlspace. Jonathan, Marco and Eduin are very hard, professional and wonderful workers. We recently experienced water intrusion in our finished basement, and Dry-Pro Foundation and Crawlspace of Charlotte provided an excellent long-term solution. From start to finish, the experience was professional, informative, and stress-free. Tyler from the sales team was outstanding—he walked us through the problem and solution options in great detail and maintained great communication throughout the process leading up to the installation. We never felt uninformed or uncertain about what to expect. He also recommended a contractor to help put everything back together after the waterproofing was finished, which was a huge help. Once the installation started, Marco, the foreman, and his crew—Alejandro and Cesar—were excellent. Marco kept us well-informed every step, explaining what would happen each day and making sure the work progressed smoothly. Alejandro and Cesar were friendly, hardworking, and paid close attention to details. Despite all the heavy equipment involved (jackhammers, drills, and more), the team made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. The project was completed on time, and we now feel confident that our basement is properly protected. In fact, the day after the work was finished, we had a storm that dropped over 4 inches of rain in under 2 hours—and the system worked exactly as designed, pumping water without a drop inside. We highly recommend Dry-Pro for anyone needing basement or crawlspace work—professional, thorough, and reliable from beginning to end.

I couldn't be more happy with the work DryPro did with my basement. They installed a drainage system and sump pump in my basement to minimize the moisture behind the walls. The team of Oscar, Bryant, and Paulino were very professional and did a great job.

The crew was to do a saw cut on our existing stamped concrete floor to install internal irrigation drains. They used a jackhammer, and did irregular cuts that were difficult to repair. They also scratched our cement floor in several places. However they were very polite and cleaned up well behind themselves. The irrigation system is in.

Greg came to the house for the bid he was very knowledgeable. Fay, in the office, made all the paperwork very easy. The team that came to do the work took care to explain everything in detail, check in with me every day, and cleaned up after themselves. This was not the cheapest option but overall happy with how it turned out.

An excellent experience starting with Cody. He was thorough in his inspection, provided a ton of pictures to go along with his findings, and offered options suitable for my budget. He went above and beyond, to explain that the products were safe for children. The team, Oscar P, Paulino L., and Bryant V., were amazing. It was the coldest week of the year, and the last couple of days it rained. But they did not let it deter them and completed the work on time. The end result looks great. After they were finished, they took the time to walk me through everything they had done, showed me the pictures they took throughout the process, and asked if I had any questions now or later to reach out to them. I received a phone call every morning of what they were setting out to accomplish, and every evening of what they actually accomplished. You will not be disappointed with Dry-Pro. I highly recommend.
