Air Ducts & Vents Cleaning Service
I hired DryServ to clear out our dryer vent which is at least 12 feet long with multiple turns. The employees introduced themselves and clearly discussed the process. They recommended replacing the outside duct cover, which we did, and I appreciated that they did not take the "hard sell" approach on that. I thought the price for the service was 20 - 25 % higher than it should be, however.

DryServ came to my home and did a awesome job carpets were cleaned professionally and efficiently very happy with the services. Carpets dried quickly and look awesome will definitely recommend dryserv to all my friends and family. Already looking to schedule other services with them. The option of booking online also makes things alot easier.

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
The men who came were professional and explained what they would do. They did an excellent job, cleaned up afterwards, and having cleaned the duct vents, the dryer is working much more efficiently. I would recommend them and plan on using their other services (carpet cleaning).

The men who did the work were professional and explained everything before they started. The left no mess at all and I was pleased with their work. I don't think cleaning helped the musty odor I sometimes get from the ducts, though.

They came to the house to clean two chairs and a couch. Prior to cleaning the fabric was taught on all three pieces. After their cleaning the material was loose and wavy in several spots. The customer service is less than desirable. I would not do business with them again.

I arranged for them to go to my cottage while I was not there as I live 2 hours away. I was a little leary in telling someone I had not met where my key was and let them entered my home unaccompanied. They were very good and did a great job. I would recommend them.

They were running late, due to heavy traffic and construction delays. They did a fantastic job, removed stains that other cleaning services had not; I didn't think it possible that the carpet (which is old) could look so good. Pedro was very polite, apologized several times for the delay, which wasn't his fault. I appreciated his concern, and his expertise and professionalism. I'll be happy to recommend DryServ to all my friends.

The two gentleman were fantastic. (I used Stanley Steemer last year and they were unable to remove stains on my couch and when I informed them they did not the company did not care.) DryServ successfully removed the stains on the couch and did a wonderful job on the wall to wall carpets as well.
