Top-notch service! Worked us into their schedule the same day we called for help! We had a water heater break where water went under the surrounding flooring and baseboards. They arrived and had all equipment set up within a half hour to dry out the area. They left and returned on a Saturday morning to check for dryness. Took all equipment out and left within a half hour! Would use them again!

If I could choose ten stars, I would. This company is exceptional from start to finish. They are responsive, extremely knowledgeable, very competent and understand the impact of a "disaster" to a homeowner. From the gracious and caring ladies who answer the phone and skillfully handle scheduling, to every single technician/worker and the lead technician and supervisor, this team is tops. They stay with you from start to finish and lead you through the confusing and complicated path of bringing normalcy and order back to your home. They are the best.

I would recommend Chris Williams and his team to anyone that is in need of mold remediation. Dry Tech came out and gave an initial estimate and then updated it once I had a mold protocol completed. They were able to schedule my remediation quickly. Everyone I worked with, whether over the phone or in person, was extremely prompt, respectful, caring, and informative throughout the entire process. I was always able to reach someone if I had any questions or concerns and received a response quickly if more information was necessary. They made a very stressful situation easier for me. They successfully remediated the toxic mold in my home and I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with.

After a water drain rupture, our plumber recommended DryTech, and am I glad he did. They came within a few minutes, were very professional, helpful and yes, even compassionate. They did their work quickly, informed us of every step they were taking, and helped by giving suggestions as to what to do next and who to contact. They contacted our insurance company, got claims number, and handled that part of the process. They came every day to check on their equipment, and did an amazing job of cleaning up. They truly made a horrible situation bearable. Thank you!

Besides being extremely professional, this company is sensitive to all aspects of the job such as immediate response time, high tech machines, and as much man-power as you need to accomplish the job in as little time as possible, without compromising quality and integrity of the job. These guys take their job serious and were a joy to work with.
