We hired this company to come out and clean our dryer vent, they came cleaned Ben for amount quoted and added an additional service that they would have to come back to compete the next day for an additional $71.00 on top of the $129.00 We paid $200.00 cash. Days later no response and dryer was not connected to the vent new hose was the additional fee. With wet items in washer I called another company after requesting a refund from this company in amount of $71.00 no refund. A week later he texted for where to Zelle it no refund. We requested though zelle after no refund and still no refund. He said he had personal issues and that he was short people it does not take extra people to refund what is owed?.I would beware photos will show he said he would refund and never sent, days later I sent request. I will update if they do refund but as of now not very professional considering I had to pay more to have another company complete job and pay again.

Ron kept me informed of ETA, arrived as planned. He and helper were professional, friendly, explained process along the way. I got to see the filth as he used camera in vent.cleaned vent, went on roof took care of filter. Could have been a fire. I had odor issue. It seems to have gone. Really appreciate their expertise.

RJ is definitely experienced in his work and has the right equipment to do the job correctly. He even went up on the roof despite the rain to clean out any remaining lint up there.

RJ came right over,fixed the plastic hose to regulation and cleaned out dryer vent n went to roof to finish job.Now have piece of mind when I run the dryer. Thank you

They texted me the day before the appointment to confirm . RJ knew his trade. He told what he would be doing and why. He was courteous and neat. He repaired the vent which had not been installed properly and even went on the roof to remove lint clogged dryer vent screen. I will definitely use him again and have recommended him to my neighbors. Also his rates are reasonable.

Just a suggestion to service techs. Please call customer if you will be late. It frees up the customer somewhat instead of waiting. No complaints about the work done. It was thorough and done in a timely manner. Service fellow was very polite and professional.
