I think I expected more than just someone shoving a compressed air hose into my vents. I had old bird debris in my vents. I was hoping for at least the first foot of vent not to still have bird droppings. I guess I felt like $120 for 2 vents being blown out was a bit pricy. They were super nice and great to work with. Just felt like I could have done that myself in 10 minutes. Granted, it wasn’t a dryer vent...it was 2 bathroom fan exhausts.

They came out the next day. John called and I agreed for him to arrive an hour early. He cleaned out the dryer vent and dryer is working really great. I would recommend him and will hire them again if I have anymore problems.
