Dryer Vent Wizard did an A+ job cleaning my dryer vent, explaining what would be done, how the vent would be cleaned, and leaving the area neat after the entire process was completed. I will definitely hire Dryer Vent Wizard again when my dryer vent needs to be cleaned.

Dryer Vent Wizard did a phenomenal job cleaning out our dryer vents! Mike was super friendly when he arrived and walked me through each step of the process. He analyzed the dryer from inside the laundry room, inside the attic and outside from the roof. After looking everything over, he very simply explained the work that would need to be done and gave me a quote. It was definitely a little pricey (around $400), but it was much needed at the time. With no hesitation, we asked Mike to move forward with the cleaning and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We have gone from running our dryer 3-4 times to the (normal) one load. We are so thankful for the work that Dryer Vent Wizard put into our home and we will most definitely use them in the future!

"So glad you were happy with our service and with tech Mike! Your cost was higher than the average for a couple of reasons. First we did replace the flexible transition duct connecting the dryer to the vent system since what you (slinky foil) was not safe. And secondly your vent terminates on a roof which is more costly to clean since we must get up on the roof to clean the vent and vent cover. Next time we come out to clean your vent, the price will be substantially lower since no additional work will be needed. Thanks again for the review! Webb Dickson - Owner"
