Brett and Rich were amazing. They were out within 2 days of me calling and were so thorough in finding out problem. Our house was built in the 40’s and vents out to the roof. Brett had to crawl through the attic and into an addition to access the vent only to find it had disconnected from excessive build up and the lint was shooting out into the attic. He replaced the out of date flexible line with an up to code line and cleaned everything out. They ran all of the tests and we now have a much more efficient and safe dryer venting system. We are so grateful for their professionalism and kindness. He showed me videos and pictures of the before and after area which I personally could not access. We now have piece of mind. And, it is noteworthy that our dog had no problem with either of these guys and we usually have to lock her into another room as she hates men who come in to work in our house. 😊 needless to say we highly recommend them!

Initial work was sub standard. They came bake and did a good job.

The service was good. However, I have one complaint. I never received a receipt (listing what services was completed) for payment. I was told he had a problem with his tablet & would send my receipt to my email address & I have not received a receipt yet. I have nothing in writing that a service was done & what was done or paid. Therefore, if I should have a problem with the service that was done, I can not prove it was a service completed & guaranteed by them. All I have is my $241.10 check as a receipt. Very unprofessional.

Did a good job. Paid a bit more then expected.

Had him push a stuck brush out of the vent and clean it. Showed up on time. Did a great job and cleaned up. Paid a little more than I would have liked.
