John was the person that came and cleaned out my dryer vent and changed a piece of ductwork that needed to be replaced. And he also replaced the vent trap outside the house. He was very repectable young man. I would definitely use Dryer Vent Wizard again!

I needed my upstairs dryer vent cleaned. Amanda came out and looked at everything and explained all the charges before starting. I had a birds nest in my vent. She cleaned it, replaced the broken parts, replaced out of code parts and disinfected the vent. She was very kind and quick. She even explained what to look for to make sure everything is working properly. I highly recommend them.

Haven't used my dryer since the cleaning but it appears they did a good job and the vent was actually somewhat needing cleaning
