Harold Bert was inspired to become a Dryer Vent Wizard in Kansas City when he recognized the need to provide reliable and professional dryer vent services while educating consumers about dryer fire prevention. Regular dryer vent cleaning service will improve the safety of clothes dryers while saving energy by operating much more efficiently. It also extends the life of the dryer. Harold Bert knows first hand the value of Dryer Vent Wizard services as two friends of his have had home dryer fires. Over his previous career as a property protection engineer, Harold evaluated fire hazards at many businesses, including some of the most valuable and complex properties in the Midwest.

Dryer Vent Wizard's tech came out right on time. He used a flexible scope to diagnose the problem of broken dryer duct in the garage ceiling, He removed the broken, rusted ducting, all the accumulated lint, and replaced all ducting with new materials, including the exterior vent cover. He then cleaned up the work area better than he found it. We are very pleased with the professional, quality work done, at a fair price.

They specialize in Dryer Vents for a reason, they are good at them. Yes, there is a service fee for them to come out, which would be nice to know before you call them, but in the end it was worth it. They were on time, told us exactly what we needed and cleaned out years of crud from the vent--yeah!!

They came out right away, was upfront with all the costs to install a new dryer vent through the crawl space to the exterior of the house. If there was any mess I could not tell. The places he worked he left cleaner than what he found. Total and complete professionals.

But we only suggest items that will significantly reduce the fire hazard and/or reduce the drying time and utility costs.
