I've been meaning to call you about how pleased I am with the results of the vent cleaning. My dryer is back to the correct drying time instead of having to use 2-3 cycles to get the job done. I did put your flyers out by the mailboxes, and some people did express interest in your service, but I don't know if they've called you. I certainly hope so. The results and the peace of mind that the dryer is not going to catch on fire are great!

When the technician arrived, he found that the last person to clean the vent hadn't attached it properly to the dryer. He showed my husband all the material that had backed into the dryer, and explained the fire hazard it had become. He totally rebuilt the vent as well as cleaning it and the dryer out. He spent an additional 4 hours at very little extra cost to us. I'll be rehiring him for the next dryer vent cleaning, that's for sure!
