Matthew and Chad were Great. I am very happy with this company. Very professional, polite and curtious. They went above and beyond, I had a new dryer installed a few days earlier by a local store that was not installed properly. They brought it to my attention and fixed the issues. I had dried 1 set of sheets to check out the dryer after the store installed it and it took 60 minutes to dry that set of sheets. After Matthew and Chad fixed the issue and cleaned the vent I can now dry a full load of heavy jeans in that 60 minutes.. I would highly recommend them. They know what they are doing!!
