Dryer Vent Wizard of Northern Nevada

I hired this company because when I spoke with them on the phone they said that they would also check out the dryer interior and vent hose. Other companies never mentioned that and I was very interested in making sure that the dryer was free of lint build up in addition to the duct and vent. The rep was friendly, clean, efficient and did a fine job. He mentioned that the hose was not fully sealed to the dryer and he fixed it. Yet, I have never found any lint build up in my laundry room. So, it didn't fully make sense to me. There was additional charge of $49.00 for that. At the same time, they waived the $49.00 service fee when I mentioned the higher price but it seems like they made up for it with the repair to the hose attachment that I'm not convinced we needed. The final cost seemed higher than what the other companies quoted. Our final cost was $440.00. Mixed feelings, honestly.

Jesse was knowledgable about vents, explained what he was doing and why. Answered my questions, asked if I wanted a vent going up to roof or going vertical under crawl space? Explained costs associated with both, showed me the materials he was going to use and checked again before starting work to ensure my choice was still what I wanted. They were professional, called me 30 minutes prior to showing up to scheduled appointment and were right on time. Friendly, polite and experienced in their field of work!

Service rep was on time and very knowledgeable. He was able to find the source of a ventilation blockage and rectify the problem efficiently in the time he estimated it would take. I feel much safer now knowing a potential fire hazard has been eliminated.

I knew there must be a lot of "lint" in the dryer vent piping but I was amazed how much there really was. Huge fire hazard, but I won't have to worry about it now. Mike arrived on time, replaced the vent hose and cleaned up the whole mess.

He explained everything he could do, and couldn't do fully, step by step. And WOW did he get stuff out of the dryer vent......I couldn't find a thing wrong with his services if I tried.
