My project was to clean the vent pipes and install the transition duct. Martin Raya (Owner of Dryer Vent Wizard) serviced my project and recommended that I replace the vent door. When asked if he had a new vent door on his truck he said yes and I asked that he install the new door. Martin did not attempt to sell the vent door or anything else. Martin was through in his work, stopping to test the air flow occasionally to make sure progress was being made. The service call lasted about three hours. And the dryer now works great!!

This is a follow up review on a previous review I did last week. Unfortunately, I don't yet see my first review. I hope it will be posted soon. I just wanted to say WOW WOW WOW! I've been doing laundry today and I can't get over how much better my dryer is working and how efficient it is since being serviced by Martin and Herb!!!!!! My Laundry is drying faster and the lint is going exactly where it's supposed to be going...in the trash...not the venting system!!! In fact, I believe it's working even better than when it was brand new 9 yrs ago!!! No lie! Thank you Thank you Thank you Martin and Herb of Yuba County Dryer Vent Wizard!!!

Martin Raya and his co-worker Herb of Dryer Vent Wizard were FANTASTIC! They were on time and presented themselves very professionally. They are kind, friendly and trustworthy! They treated me and my entire hone with superior respect. They quickly and accurately identified the areas that needed improvement on my dryer and performed the needed repairs, services and upgrades with complete confidence and competency. I was impressed by their knowledge of current codes and regulations involving dryers within the home. When faced with an unusual challenge on my dryer they had the ability to promptly troubleshoot the problem make adjustments and execute the necessary repair w/o delay or problems . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others or use their services again in the future!!! My dryer has been performing much more efficiently since being serviced by Martin and Herb from Dryer Vent Wizard!! This saves me money on my monthly electrical bill. I couldn't be more pleased!! Excellent!!!
